Hopefully I can find a better cleaning service because this company is terrible…read more They came an our late and left half hour early, but expected me to pay the full two hours and didn't want to make up for it. They've also consistently left early when they could have finished cleaning. They skipped an entire bathroom, and the employees tried to make me feel bad when they came back because they got yelled at for not doing their job. They also got upset when I had to reschedule due to a work emergency. When i tried to reschedule, they never responded, so I didn't get cleaning service that month. One of the women cleaned the range over the stove and ended up removing the paint and permanently damaging it. I even told them to stop coming because of the issues I've and and she just said I'll pass it in to our supervisor and figure out what happened but they never contacted me about it again. Please find a better service because this one will cause damage to your property or won't clean properly.

I requested a deep clean and the communication was great. They confirmed the deep clean included…read moresome specific items I wanted addressed because I have 2 dogs and I was able to easily book and we schedule immediately. Two ladies came and were immediately ready to get started. Due to the language barriers I couldn't review my specifics with them but trusted whomever scheduled communicated what I requested. I have 3 floors and they started on the top floor. After they moved to the next floor I looked over the work and still saw soap scum on the ledge in the shower, dirt in the window, heavy dust on bathroom vent and several other issues. I called them back to show upstairs but only pointed out one of the items due to the time. When I checked on the next level I saw several area of concerns. At this point we are 4 1/2 hrs in and one more floor to go. I communicated my concerns with the person I scheduled with and informed I was going to have them stop rather than spend more money and I was unhappy with the quality of work. To clarify, I did not rush them at any time, I also waited to review their work after they fully completed the floor. After the 2nd completed floor I requested services to stop They offered to have them come back and provided a small discount due to the inconvenience. Because the level of service is not to my standard I declined the return but appreciated them trying to make it right. Unfortunately they didn't work for me but I saw other great reviews.

The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently and professionally, and left the house immaculate. Every surface sparkled -- they even cleaned under the bed and behind the dresser. Not a speck of dust anywhere. What truly set them apart, though, was their kindness. The two ladies were so warm and patient with my mom, happily listening as she shared photos of my dad and the grandkids. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. What a lucky find! We're already looking forward to every future cleaning and would highly, enthusiastically recommend Jika's Cleaning to anyone.

Wow, I've used other professional cleaning services in the past, but Squeaky Clean By Shelly Bean…read moreis by far the best service I've used so far! Pricing was upfront and honest. Scheduling was quick and easy. Communication throughout was great. I used their service for a move out cleaning and everything went smoothly. I do not recommend using Squeaky Clean by Shelly Bean for a deep cleaning before selling a house…read more Shelly gave a quote for the work to be done in 2.5 hours but once the women came and we're very slow, then Shelly kept upping the amount of time (and price) to 4 hours. The only work needing to be done was 1 bathroom, the kitchen (cabinets, floor, counters, fridge, and stove), 1 room to be vacuumed, and the walls to be wiped down. The house had no furniture in it to be cleaned and they were told NOT to clean the hardwood floors nor to do the windows which they ended up doing against my instructions and that cost me an extra $120! Ridiculous! The kitchen cabinets near the stove still had grease on them. Streaks were left on the stainless steel fridge. There were stains left on the walls from the cleaner they used. I ended up having to take the rest of the day off from work so I could spend 5 hours cleaning after they left. Maybe these ladies do a better job with weekly house cleanings but for deep move in or move out cleanings, I do NOT recommend them! It was a waste of $500 especially because of having to do the work myself after they didn't do the job in the first place!
