"The instrument is too new to have parts ready for replacement so it'd have to wait in the shop a year," they said, "And even if we could get the parts, it would be over $700 parts and labor." Next, I took it to Rock'n Repair where they gave me a free consultation to diagnose the problem, found the parts needed within minutes online, and fixed it for $177 parts and labor within 2 weeks. I'm playing my keytar again and it feels so good! Thank you Rock'n Repair! To general folks - don't waste your time with "official dealers" who are just going to take your money and run. This repair shop is the real deal.
