Amazing service. Friendly staff. I will definitely pass along their info for anyone needing reliable pool service at a great price. My old pump went out. I needed a new one quickly. Setting the appointment was easy, the price was great and the workmanship was amazing. Scott the owner let me know when he and Benjamin would arrive. They did an amazing job, replacing the pump, the plumbing around the pump and extended the pipe. They also calibrated the pump the next day. So now I can save on my electric bill. Worse service EVER!! Don't waste your money!! The pool guy does not clean our pool constantly like we pay him to do. I called the owner to advised that the pool man did not show up. He told me he was sure that he did because there were tablets in the water. Smh. I told Scott, the owner, that he did not clean the pool. If he is only putting tablets in the pool and leaving, he is not doing what he is being paid to do! He then tells me, "well your pool looks pretty clean to Me. I told him, yes because we have a net and cleaned out the leaves!! He said, well we just won't come back and we'll refund your money. I can't speak highly enough about Complete Pool Services. We moved into our house in February, and it has a pool and spa. My wife and I wanted to maintain the pool ourselves to save a few bucks. I had never done that before so I called up Complete Pool Services and asked for a one time initial cleaning. Scott was even nice enough to give us a free tutorial on how to do everything on our own going forward, no extra cost. Well within a few weeks we decided to ditch the hassle and have CPS maintain our pool going forward. Since then the service has been fantastic. We have older equipment, and Scott goes above and beyond providing tweaks to prolong the equipment, advice on when and what to replace, being available to answer questions at any time, or even pop out to take care of something outside of the scheduled visits. All while being reasonably priced. Scott and his crew are knowledgeable, professional, timely and friendly. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. read more

Very Great Service !!! Scott and his staff go out of their way to make sure that their clients are satisfied. After getting multiple pool services to look at my pool they all stated that my pool needed to be re-plastered. Mike who was taking care of my next door neighbors pool came by and said that he could make my pool look good by doing an acid wash and save me thousands of dollars. I was skeptical at first, however I let Mike and Jennifer do the work and they made it look great! Eventually I will need to re-plaster but they bought me a few more years. They keep my pool in awesome condition weekly and never have to worry about the pool ever. They have great communication skills and keep me up to date on everything going on with the pool. For first time pool owners, Mike takes the time to teach you about your pool equipment and how it works and the intentions of each part. I was hosting a pool party one weekend and Mike and Jennifer went out of their way and came the day before the party to make sure the pool was looking at its best. I don't write many reviews but i feel like this company deserves the credit they work for. Outstanding job. read more

We used Scott;s service years ago and he was fantastic!! Recently my husband went out of state for work and we hired him back. Initially I was very pleased, he came out right away and started servicing immediately. Unfortunately, the staff he has working for him does not cut it. I regularly had to brush the pool after his staff was here. Algae began growing in the spa so his staff used some type of chemical that discolored the concrete in the spa. After numerous calls where no responsibility was taken and excuses were made, we had no choice but to cancel their service. Eventually we were able to get them to come out to do an acid wash at "discount" price even though they caused the damage. His staff came out and "attempted" to do the acid wash and we were told the stains were too deep there was nothing they could do. Three days later we paid another company to come out and it now looks better then it did originally. What kind of business owner doesn't try to make the customer happy? I was very displeased with this service the second time around. read more

Splash Pool Service Manager Hector, is a nice guy but is also either completely incompetent or an unethical scammer. We called Splash and they sent Hector to check out our pool heater unit a few months ago. His professional opinion was that the older unit had a blown board and noted on the invoice "bad Heater exchanger and Temp Board" on our Purex Triton minimax heater. Hectors recommendation was to replace the entire unit and quoted us $3,100 including plumbing electrical, seal, o rings, lube, silicone and labor. Hector told us the replacement parts were not available and they did not make the parts anymore. Being shocked and distraught at the sticker price we had a friend, who is an electrical engineer, take a look and he discovered the real problem was a $35 valve available on amazon. Nothing to do with the board itself, It is now working in perfect order. I have never written a review before but was so disgusted with this outrageous recommendation, I wanted to let the general consumer know my experience. I doubt Hector even tested the unit to see if there was any other option than total replacement. From what we were told this is electrical education 101- test the board. If you choose to use this company do yourself a favor and get a second opinion, otherwise open your wallet and spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars on needless repairs and replacement. Horrible service!! Hired them over the winter and thought things were good, but as soon as it got hot I started to notice the pool wasn't being cleaned as well as I had cleaned it before hiring them. I had to call the owner on more than one occasion and have the pool redone because they were leaving the spa and steps dirty. The final straw was this week. Came home Tuesday and the pool was still dirty even though the kids said they had been there. For whatever reason I checked the floaters and found all empty, no chlorine. I texted the owner telling him not only was the pool filthy still but I also had no chlorine tablets, he said they would fix in the morning. Wednesday I can home and the pool was cleaner but still no chlorine tabs and I noticed the steps and walls were yellowing with algae. At that point I checked the chemicals and the leaf basket. To my horror the leaf basket was full and my pH was as high as it could go and my pool had zero chlorine. They pool store employee said he doubted my chemicals had been done all month and maybe longer. I was pissed so I texted the owner complete with photos and fired them telling him I need employees I can trust and not have to babysit. The owner never responded to my texts until Saturday. No apology just asking for payment. I didn't answer him but was like are you freaking kidding me!!!! I spent all day today cleaning the pool and so far have spent almost 80 on chemicals. Run from this company!!! read more
