Every aspect of this visit was great. From the moment I walked through the front door, I was greeted warmly and attentively by the front desk staff. after a brief, wait, I was taken into the examination room by the doctor's assistant. Preliminary eye testing was done prior to the doctors visit. This was a very professional yet personable procedure. Dr Beth then entered the exam room. with a warm and friendly, hello and introduced herself. I felt immediately at ease and experienced a refreshingly, thorough and professional examination. Dr. Beth looks at you and really listens to your issues. I never felt rushed. I truly felt that I had 100% of the doctors focus and concern. Picking out new frames was a fun experience. The optician I worked with was great. In addition, several of the office staff offered their opinions on my frames (when I asked them) making it all a very personal experience. There is truly something very special about a private medical office versus the large corporate medical offices.
