I went Maui Jim sunglasses prescription and as anyone who wears MJ knows, its a challenge to find them and then when you do you often see old styles. Not here. I got ones that hit the current trends and were super light. Next up a different pair of progressive lens for day to day wear. I would okay will recommend here to everyone. You will pay a bit extra, but in the end when my newest pair of glasses were munched on by my dog, I was able to get a replacement for under 100 bucks as part of its warranty options. My exam here was thorough and comprehensive. Dr. Morgan informed me that I likely having increased photosensitivity from a prescription I'm taking and no one has ever told me that! I think I waited approximately 20 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. I'd say prices are reasonable but prices for glasses are outrageous anywhere. I'd say they're competitive with perhaps a small zip code premium tacked on. I ordered my first pair of glasses completely through them. For my second pair, I brought in frames that I bought online. I made the transition into progressives and although I was nervous about it, the optician said that they current versions are much easier to get used to and she was right. They've been really flexible in working with me to find the right transitions lens/color and have remained open for optical orders during the coronavirus crisis. read more

I first saw Dr Morgan for a normal eye exam to get glasses. Everyone in his office was very nice and professional and the office is extremely clean. Today, I had a bit of a eye emergency with a scratched cornea and they got me in right away. Dr Morgan took his time with my eye exam and also with my appointment for my scratch. Normally I wouldn't review my Eye Dr, but I really love this place and actually look forward to my yearly exam. Dr Morgan is super laid back but gets the job done. He's through and keeps up with the latest tech and in my opinion that is so necessary. I can't say enough about the office staff. Usually you might like the dr and hate the staff but here you will love both. My family and I have been patients for 9 years. My boys are grown men but they still like Dr Morgan, and I don't have to remind them that they need to make appointments, unlike the MD and Dentist. We recently moved out of Carefree so there are other eye doctors that are closer to where we live now but I'm not changing. Good Dr's are easy to find, but an awesome Dr with an awesome staff, that's a rare gem. read more

This is the BEST eye exam office I have ever visited. This is our second year going to Complete Eye Care. Front end staff delightful and efficient. Taylor did the pre-testing to determine basic vision numbers and she was sweet and efficient. Dr. Seth Morgan took so much time with both my husband and me. We have no issues, but he was totally thorough and complete in his explanations. He was patient and seemed to sincerely care about providing an excellent exam. I cannot rave enough! A very nice experience. The waiting area was beautifully designed and clean. All the staff were so kind and pleasant, including the woman who helped me set up my appointment over the phone. The screening was thorough and quick! Dr. Seth answered all my questions and even encouraged me to wait instead of getting glasses as my prescription was so slight. Called here with an emergency one morning as I awoke with burning eyes that were highly light sensitive. They got me in front of the doctor within 2 hours; every person on the team was overly friendly and helpful, and the doc himself left no box unchecked in diagnosing what the issue might be. They issued me a prescription, called the pharmacy to get it started for me, and even gave me a coupon to help offset the cost. I waited a few weeks to see what ungodly amount my insurance would be billed for this visit (and thus passed on to me), only to receive a totally reasonable bill in the end. I was thrilled with my experience, and now can't wait until I am due for an updated contacts and glasses prescription as I will be heading here for sure. read more

Had really high hopes, as I've been hunting for a good, local eye care provider. Alas, this is not to be the place. I had an appointment, was made to wait 20 minutes without any updates, so when I got up to leave, I was told that the doctor apologized for being so late, but he, get this, "had an exam". Ummm...isn't that pretty much what he usually does all day? Exams? I had an appointment made the week prior...it's not like I randomly dropped in. There were a lot of women working here hanging out in the front reception area, chattering away, but clearly not managing the office or patients. Very pretty office, but unprofessionally run. For me, if the first appointment can't be conducted on time, then it's indicative of every future visit as well. read more

We went in during May for an eye test and an update to a reading glasses prescription. We have eye care insurance, which paid some. First, the eye exam costs, $170 were certainly on the pricey side. That is JUST for the eye exam. This is typically a $60 - $70 charge. On the glasses, a pair of single vision plastic reading glasses came to $230 and not this is WITHOUT frames. Of this cost $90 was charged for "anti-reflective coating" which we not only never asked for, but were not only asked if we wanted. Since these are just reading glasses, I'm not sure where all the reflections would have come from since that hasn't been a problem with even $10 over-the-counter reading glasses you purchase. UPDATE: We asked them to remake the glasses without the anti-reflective coating (which we were never asked about), and they agreed, which knocked $90 off the bill, so I added two stars. UPDATE2: We got everything resolved with the ophthalmologist, who was very understanding, but the communications from their front staff is lacking. read more

My favorite eye care place of all now. I feel that I am always in good hands and well cared for. Doctors are on top of it all and have helped me tremendously when I had an eye issue that needed immediate attention and care. A very positive environment and adore the entire staff.
