Apparently other customers have suffered the same problem.I had put on a support bracket but apparently it was nt thick enough.I am not a fabricator and I feel all the necessary brackets should come with the exhaust as they do with all other brands especially for the price you pay for them.I would recommend purchasing an exhaust from a more established brand if you want it to last as im now off the road.

I drove a vehicle on April 17th, and really liked it, and called the next day to negotiate, and got a very quick no and--worse--John laughed right in my ear. I get that business is business, and I get they have to make money, that is never an issue. What I would appreciate is someone saying, "Maybe there's something else around that price point we can find for you" instead of a flat no and a laugh that makes a potential (at the time) customer feel like a criminal. Don't think for one minute anyone should spend money at a place that treats you like an imposition and feels like they're lowering themselves to work with you. J and R Sales--you had your chance. You're not getting another one. How about you NOT laugh in the next guy's face when he's trying to give you his business--or try a little harder to see what you CAN do for your potential (at the time) customer.

I am impressed that they continually, and I mean several times a day, update their website. Motorcycles are selling like hot cakes there. If you are buying a motorcycle they have a nice inventory and good prices. If you like something you see, act fast, as they seem to have a good buyer base and what you like can be gone quickly. Which, as a seller, is a great aspect. In addition to motorcycles of every brand and style, they sell second hand gear on consignment, new helmets, trailers, ATVs, and I think I saw something about wave runners, and snow machines.

(Obviously both very important to have.) During the purchase I should have been informed that both would not be included in the sale. I called as well as emailed about this post-sale but never received an answer to this issue.
