These guys are THE BEST! They helped me out when I found myself in a little situation with a flat tire! I live about an hour away so when I ended up with a flat tire I knew I needed to get that fixed so I wasn't driving on the interstate worth a donut, I called them and they were able to squeeze me in. They are so friendly and it's obvious they care about people's safety. They informed me that I also needed new tires and an inspection, they were really busy and didn't have time for all that, but they could at least patch my tire now so I could get back home. I was expecting to be down $20 or more for this little fix but they did it for $10! I would not hesitate to come back if I lived closer!

Free coffee and soft drinks, wifi – and toys for the kids to play with.

Never had so much fun getting my oil changed. These guys are a kick, the perfect mix of competence and friendliness, AND they have a shop dog who snacks on Girl Scout cookies! I was traveling through Sioux Falls and it was time to get my oil changed. They squeezed me into their already-busy schedule and had me out in under two hours. They take hospitality and customer service very seriously, even having received an award from the city for service to the community, providing oil changes to those who couldn't afford them. They minded the details, told me of a pending issue with my Prius, didn't try to upsell me on anything - and the owners and employees just seemed to enjoy each other's company. Nice to find a local service provider who does excellent work and has excellent fun doing so.

Estimate agreed to before work began.

Horrible place to get work done. They have ruined my truck by making us worse than when I took to them .. I wouldn't trust them one bit!!

Amazing experience with a couple of super nice guys!…read more Let me preface my review by saying I am a girl & while I don't know much about cars, I know enough to get by & when someone is full of crap. The first mechanic I took my car to to have the brakes checked out told me that they automatically replace both the brake pads AND the rotors because "rotors are disposable now" & wanted to charge me $300 per axle to do a brake job. I knew that this was b.s. so I waited for a second opinion. My dad (who is somewhat of a mechanic himself) took a look & said that the brake pads looked good, but since I was experiencing a little scrubbing I should take the car to a mechanic. We both suspected that the scrubbing sound was just from rust on the rear rotors because it was only happening after it rained & the rust was visible. I took my car to Abe & Joe after finding a coupon & getting an estimate over the phone for $200 to get the rear brake pads & rotors replaced. I dropped the car off, & soon after, Joe called me to let me know that the problem was exactly as we had suspected- the rotors were just having a little rust buildup when it rains & although I would probably want to replace the rusting rotors the next time I had the brake pads changed, it wasn't necessary to do either now. I was fully prepared to have my brakes done & they saved me a ton of $$$$$ today- money which could have easily gone in their own pockets. **Cheers to honest mechanics!** They even replaced a couple of lug nuts for me- at cost- when they very easily could have charged labor. I don't know what this other guy is talking about in his 1* review, but I suspect he doesn't have a clue, was having a bad day, or just wanted to try to get something for free- at very least, he's not telling the whole story. I will DEFINITELY be going back to Abe & Joe when I do need my brakes done & very strongly recommend that you do too if you're looking for honest, reasonably priced mechanics- these guys are awesome!

Awesome people definitely will be back I recommend 100 please if you need any brake work come hereread more
