I was told they would find a matching set of good ATs. We ended up agreeing on a set of good snow tires for the back and a good looking set of Wrangler ATs for the front. I inspected the tires before they mounted them, they were nice . I paid 200'for a set of used tires And I was okay with it because I had done business with them in the past and liked their service. After 3 weeks I was headed home on I90 and had my right passenger front tire literally explode. Fortunately I was able to gain control of my vehicle and get safely pulled to the edge of the road. I'm thankful to be alive! The tire was completely ripped in half. When it blew it shattered my wheel well liner and blew my quarter panel off the the bracket. After I changed the tire I noticed it was defective as the inner portion of the tire facing away was completely worn from curb rash and was also not a match for the opposite side. I called Karla at Gary's and she told me to bring it in Monday to look at it and find me a replace. Monday came around and she was to busy to help me and said they probably didn't have a match anyway. I told her I had a good set that came off the front and asked her if she would remount them. She then told me they would have to charge me for the mounting. It's at this point I became frustrated and tEminded her if the defected unmatched tire they had put in my truck along with the damage it caused to my truck. She became defensive and said just bring it up and we'll have a look at it. I realized I was done doing business with them and would never let them touch my truck again. Be sure you always insoect their work and you got what you paid for. They're a small shop and take advantage of people and when it comes to tires they don't seem to vacate that your life is at risk from the neglect and poor service they provide! Do yourself a favor and buy tires from one of the larger shops in town!

I brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk in for a cylinder misfire. Almost $1k later I was…read moretold it was fixed and ready for pickup. Excited to get my vehicle back, I remote start and head inside to pay the bill. I come out and the car isn't running at all. So I hop inside and fire it up, only to find that it's idling rough and there's a check engine light on the dash. I let the guy that was handling my case know before I leave the parking lot, and he's ask me to bring it in to look at it. After a few minutes he's come back and tells me that it's has something to do with programming and they didn't have to authority from the manufacturer to do it. So, I take it to another shop for a second opinion (still running rough and all mind you). The transmission shop that I was referred to by the person helping me at Tires-3, told me that there was a vacuum leak because they forgot to put a tube back. I returned to them for the fix and all was well for a month and half. Cylinder misfire is again an issue and I gave this shop a chance to fix the issue yet again, only to be told that it's now a head gasket going out and now quoted for an $11k engine replacement. So, I again take it to another shop for a second opinion. Turns out my oil cooler is leaking and there's a faulty transfer case module. No head gasket issue, no special programming needed, no new engine needed. Long story short, get a second opinion....always. Even if it was a head gasket issue, it shouldn't be an engine replacement as an answer. There are kits out there for gasket replacement, but knowing what I know now I don't trust this place to do the work in it's entirety.

They are charging over $800 for replacing wheel bearing, studs, lug nuts, and a rim replacement. We supplied our own tires and several studs. Had we gotten the vehicle back on monday after everything I wouldn't mind the $800+ price. When I called to discuss the price since it's so high considering the time frame they've had the car, I was told that considering the work they did it isn't that high. But We have been without a car for nearly a week and any time I have called to check on progress we've been told "we're doing it right now". I will not ever be going back to them or recommending them again.

Took my 2013 Dodge ram 4X4 to the newly located GRAHAM TIRE on North Cliff Ave in Sioux Fall. I…read moreknew I needed brakes on the rear, but figured I'd probably need them on the front as well. The service manager gave me a call to let me know the diagnosis, and I did not need brakes on the front, rather I had two locked up calipers on the rear. Add to that I wanted them to rectify the E-brake cable which was hanging down and is a common issue on Dodge RAMS. Long story short, GRAHAM fully diagnosed the problems and then without any pressurized sales tactics, suggested I could do the E-brake repair or not. I elected not to do the E-brake repair because I do not use that very often if at all. Overall, let's put it this way - they treated me right, they did not repair anything or suggest something be repaired that did not need to be at the moment, and in the end price was fair and acceptable. Oh, and one last note: Despite the fact that it was evident I needed tires, they did not even try to upsell me on tires. Most shops would've attempted to pressure you into getting tires. Rest assured they will be on my list when it comes time to buy tires.
