Cons: egregiously expensive. I paid $130 for my oil change. My car takes 7.3 quarts so I get that they charge extra for every quart past 5 but cmon that is getting silly. They also weren't very quick with it and tried the classic upsell on filters and the wipers etc. I usually do all the maintenance on my vehicles since I dont trust all but one shop but due to a massive skill issue on my part I embarked on a road trip without registering that I would need to change my oil during the trip. So this shop gets the job done in a pinch, and Cal was a great dude. But unless you want to pay through your proverbial butthole and risk getting your drain plug stripped, please do it yourself.

I brought my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk in for a cylinder misfire. Almost $1k later I was…read moretold it was fixed and ready for pickup. Excited to get my vehicle back, I remote start and head inside to pay the bill. I come out and the car isn't running at all. So I hop inside and fire it up, only to find that it's idling rough and there's a check engine light on the dash. I let the guy that was handling my case know before I leave the parking lot, and he's ask me to bring it in to look at it. After a few minutes he's come back and tells me that it's has something to do with programming and they didn't have to authority from the manufacturer to do it. So, I take it to another shop for a second opinion (still running rough and all mind you). The transmission shop that I was referred to by the person helping me at Tires-3, told me that there was a vacuum leak because they forgot to put a tube back. I returned to them for the fix and all was well for a month and half. Cylinder misfire is again an issue and I gave this shop a chance to fix the issue yet again, only to be told that it's now a head gasket going out and now quoted for an $11k engine replacement. So, I again take it to another shop for a second opinion. Turns out my oil cooler is leaking and there's a faulty transfer case module. No head gasket issue, no special programming needed, no new engine needed. Long story short, get a second opinion....always. Even if it was a head gasket issue, it shouldn't be an engine replacement as an answer. There are kits out there for gasket replacement, but knowing what I know now I don't trust this place to do the work in it's entirety.

They are charging over $800 for replacing wheel bearing, studs, lug nuts, and a rim replacement. We supplied our own tires and several studs. Had we gotten the vehicle back on monday after everything I wouldn't mind the $800+ price. When I called to discuss the price since it's so high considering the time frame they've had the car, I was told that considering the work they did it isn't that high. But We have been without a car for nearly a week and any time I have called to check on progress we've been told "we're doing it right now". I will not ever be going back to them or recommending them again.

I had a couple of questions about warranties on the tire and such and he took the time to answer all my questions. He also wrote me into the system so that when I arrived to their offices (spare tire on), my information was already in. Once at the office, they asked me when I needed the car. Since I was on a bit of a tight schedule I answered that I needed the car as soon as possible. They said they would try. I asked for a breakfast place and they pointed me in the right direction too. In the time it took me to eat and walk around a bit my problem was fixed! The super nice mechanic had patched my tire AND returned my spare nice and neat to its compartment in the back for just 18 dollars. Honestly I was surprised at the price considered the amazing service I got. While I was walking around waiting I actually mentioned to a shopkeeper that my car was at Graham Tire and she said that the owner of the store refuses to bring his car anywhere else. So there you have it.
