I admit to not keeping an appropriate maintenanc/winterization schedule for several years. The shop team cleaned, diagnosed, replaced the impeller, serviced the lower unit, repaired or corrected several other problems with the motor. They also checked and greased the trailer bearings. Everything was exactly as stated, maybe even a little better than that. Brandon packed up our boat like it just came off the assembly line, in fact it was so beautiful upon arrival that we did not want to unwrap it. I would definitely recommend this outfit to any one, anywhere looking for a boat. You don't find businesses like this very often. What a truly wonderful experience this was for us.

I specifically told him if he wasn't going to work on it I would keep it in the garage until he was ready so it didn't have to sit outside! Called 13 days later and left a message to call me back with no response. He finally called my insurance agent back after they called and left a message, told them hadn't started on it but 2 others ahead of mine. Agent gave 10 days and called again, still hadn't started on it. I drove to check on boat 4 days later and almost cried with condition boat was in, tarp half off, wet leaves and sticks in boat, water soaked, tarp had water sitting in it obviously for days because it was soaked through to carpet and motor in pieces, didn't even know where my prop was for sure. Said it would be done next day, didn't get it back for 4 more days and tells me not his fault condition of boat, probably came like that. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! I've spent about five hours trying to get boat back to condition I took it there in, and still not done. He seems knowledgable and a competent mechanic but will not take my boat back there again after being without for over a month and the poor condition it came back in, hope I get it cleaned up and don't lose to much value because of someones negligence to take care of something entrusted to their business.

This Flying J has clean bathrooms. But that's the only good thing we experienced today. I used to…read morelive in the area and have likely been there 100s of times. Today we were on an already super long trip because of snowy weather. Our stop at Flying J took at least a half hour. They stopped all fuel pumps halfway through our fill up so they could charge 20 cents more per gallon. There was no hot food available inside - except for a couple of old burgers and Cinnabon from hours earlier. The selections for drinks were limited too. We will not return. Next time we pass through Sioux Falls we will stop somewhere else - anywhere else to fuel up.
