I drove 10 hours to the area to meet them so they could pick up my vehicle to transport and I made the trip for nothing, as I got a dear john email the night before we were to meet for pickup. They offered up no help to find other arrangements since I was from out of the area and had no knowledge in finding local assistance for the job. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. It's almost never worth it to leave a review whether positive or negative because it always comes…read moreback to bite you, but I will say this, this young man literally reached out to offer his services, which at first slightly seemed steep, but then to my knowledge I was corrected and the fair was appropriate - so we negotiated a price point and a time to meet. Nathaniel requested that I meet him the next morning at 7 AM so I woke at 6 AM to meet him and here I am at now 10:20 AM with zero response and I'm wondering why exactly I'm sitting here for more than 90 minutes which is the usual standpoint of waiting for a tow truck with or without communication. I then tried calling a few times and sent a few message requests stating that I have things to tend to and was planning for 7 AM as promised and as I'm returning back to messenger to see what is going on with this person's profile, I then noticed that I am completely blocked, and all of our messages are deleted, perhaps due to him, deciding not to come at all . It's one thing being busy, but imagine being a female or even another male out in the middle of a rural area, waiting on someone who you think you can depend on in the heat of the morning. What a wonderful experience. I would hope that no one else ever requests this person and it absolutely boggles my mind that people within the local bulletin board stepped forward to say that he's excellent, pressing promote him because he's a "local fireman" of the county yet, this gentleman happens to have a personal side business that you'd think is promising to then be left on the side of the road. Now, I do want to be upfront and transparent. Nathaniel was doing me a huge favor by doing this tow...it would have been a long haul and I was limited on what I could pay, but in the end...it costs me more. I had to pay storage fees, which puts me in yet...another bind. So, I can't give a complete review on the service, but as a client, I was highly disappointed for the referral.
