My car completely engine failed on a trip and I had my car towed, many of the high rated mechanics in the area could not even look at it until Monday. Marc said he'd be able to at least check it out today, he did just that as soon as I arrived, then professionally explained my engine's catastrophic failure, showed how the bearing failed and my engine oil was contaminated etc.(I don't know much about engines other than to change the oil and he explained the issue patiently and simple) and provided me a full write up. Marc was honest, thorough, and knowledgeable and I would 100% take my vehicle here for diagnostic and service in future, even though it is a farther drive. While I ended up towing my car to the nearest dealership because of this kind of failure seemed likely to be covered under extended engine warranty/settlement and dealership needed to make that call, I found the diagnostic information he provided helpful based on the engine failure happening with my vehicle- especially when speaking with the dealership and finding help.
