Very disappointing experience with this roadside provider…read more After the incident occurred during the service call, the technician immediately tried to blame us instead of handling the situation professionally. After calming down, he acknowledged that he had made a mistake and repeatedly pushed for a private settlement instead of going through proper insurance channels. He then refused to provide the company's insurance information. At the scene, he also pretended to record video evidence, but when the roadside claims department later contacted the provider, they completely denied the facts and refused to cooperate. ***BE CAREFUL*** What has been most frustrating is not just the incident itself, but the complete lack of accountability afterward. Based on our experience, once damage occurs, this company appears far more focused on denying responsibility than resolving the issue fairly and professionally.

Exceptional Service From Marcos Pangelinan at Ron DuPratt Ford…read more After my transmission failed and my hybrid system shut down late at night on a country road, I was in a rough place. I had been sitting alone in the dark for about 30 minutes, stressed and discouraged, before finally calling for a tow. When Tow Operator Marcos Pangelinan from Ron DuPratt Ford arrived, the situation immediately felt under control. He greeted me with genuine kindness, professionalism, and calm confidence. He assured me that I would be taken care of, then got to work with impressive focus and precision. Marcos handled my vehicle carefully and methodically. His equipment was exceptionally organized, his straps were properly maintained, neatly arranged, and it was obvious that he takes pride in doing the job correctly. His truck was clean, orderly, and professional as well. During the one hour ride, Marcos was friendly, respectful, and easy to talk with. I learned that he is taking in person classes to advance his career, staying disciplined with the gym and nutrition, and working demanding night shift hours. That level of work ethic, accountability, self improvement, and professionalism is rare. Marcos has the temperament, discipline, customer service instincts, and leadership qualities that would make him an excellent candidate for greater responsibility, and in my view, a future management role. Ron DuPratt Ford is fortunate to have him representing the company. Thank you, Marcos, for turning a stressful late night breakdown into an experience where I felt safe, respected, and genuinely taken care of.

I am filing a formal complaint regarding a tow service dispatched through AAA…read more During the service, the driver initially told dispatch that my vehicle would be loaded onto a flatbed. However, upon arrival, he informed me he intended to drag the vehicle before placing it on the flatbed, which could have caused damage to my car's electrical system. This directly contradicted what was communicated to dispatch and raised serious concerns about proper handling procedures. When I contacted the company to address the issue, the manager responded in an unprofessional manner. He became hostile, raised his voice, and refused to provide his name when requested. This behavior is unacceptable and does not meet basic standards of customer service or accountability. I am requesting that this incident be formally investigated. I would also like clarification on the company's towing procedures and assurance that drivers are following proper protocols to avoid potential vehicle damage. A complaint has already been filed with AAA, and I will be pursuing this further through consumer protection channels if necessary. Pic below: Driver ignored my instructions not to jump my car despite electrical issues and insisted anyway. He also told dispatch it would be flatbed towed, but then said he would drag it part of the way. When I contacted the manager, he became hostile, yelled, and refused to give his name, saying "don't worry about it." Extremely unprofessional and unsafe service.
