If there were "0" stars, I would give it. Beware anyone using Compass Storage in Hiram, GA. My unit was rodent infested and we had to hire three people, using PPE, to help us clean up our household items before the movers could load on truck. To add insult to injury, the Hiram location manager yelled over me to give me the number for our insurance company (we had paid this premium for 3 years) to make a claim to them. She refused to take any responsibility for the negligent upkeep. I called their parent company, Amsdell Companies in Ohio. They referred me to the regional manager, whom I will not name, but can. He, too, refused responsibility under the guise that Compass bought out Apex 1 1/2 years ago and had implemented new standards. Therefore, since we were tenants under Apex before the sale, the bankrupt Apex is responsible for the filth. My husband and I are retired and did not ride in on a pumpkin truck. We followed all the facilities guidelines for acceptable storage items, paid our rent on time, and even had to put up with non-existent customer service with Apex.......and Compass.
