I've started the financing process with eddie song on July 2020. It is now Dec 2020 and I have not gotten the loan refinanced. All I keep hearing back is that the loan is being delayed. I have provided all the necessary information promptly, but as the loan keeps getting delayed I have to keep providing updated entries of utilities and paystubs. The lack of communication from eddie and his team is irresponsible and stressful for the client. It should not be up the client to check in all the time. I have friends who refinanced months after I started the process and they have all been approved and finished their refinance process. Never use this company. If you try and call to speak to their agents or their branch manager you are always met with "they are out on lunch" or "they are out for the day". Not surprised my loan is taking so long.
