Quick and easy service. Ryan assisted me immediately as I walked in. It was very nice to have the help. Nice and clean location with snacks and drinks provided if you need anything. Everyone was dressed in suits and business wear. Thanks Fidelity! read more

The customer service rep is no bueno. Not sure if she is having a bad day, she asked us to do everything and when we asked her for help , she just act very nonchalantly and left the room. I think she almost asked us to leave the room so that her colleague could use it. Smh!!!! Just not a good in person interaction. read more

Everything went well. Would recommend this office for your 401k and roll over needs and any time you can call for questions etc.

Previous representatives were knowledgeable and respected the fact that we preferred to use index funds. Current reps are pushy and spend lots of my time on wanting me to convert to managed funds. Most no longer have business degrees and have scripted sales pitches that consume our annual visit. Is the job description only sales? If so, I need to get out of Fidelity. read more

Horrible Customer Service. Waste of time. Kids that work here are so unprofessional and useless. Would not recommend! read more

Very well established establishment, house with great staffing! Been with them for well over a yr and I wholeheartedly trust their guidance and recommendations to improve my portfolio! Give them a try n you won't regret! read more

We had a scheduled phone meeting with the branch CFP named Vivian Liu. Unlike the other Fidelity employees who are usually polite and friendly, she was lack of empathy, pushy, disrespectful, rude, argumentative, and even bluntly cut us off several times during the conversation. She spoke with a big ego, was impatient, and didn't show any desire to offer help with our general questions at all. All she wanted was for us to open the account and move the $ over. It was definitely our worst experience with a financial professional ever! Very disappointed and very surprised that Fidelity would allow such poor customer service dimeanors. read more

Not much has changed the lady running the front desk today is so rude is a disgrace for customer service. We never spoken with someone who is so rude in my life. Fidelity can't even hire a personable person to work reception. read more

Easy access, plenty parking right in front, friendly fast services. No appointment needed. Good treats and coffees. read more

Great experience getting a guaranteed medallion document notorized. Friendly & knowledgeable!

I had such a wonderful experience here yesterday. Roland helped me with a difficult situation that I was having. He was amazing and so professional. I drove 60 miles to this location and will do it again in the future. Thank you Roland! read more

Not as a great as the other branches, the place looks nice, a corner building in a outdoor mall, it somehow looks out of place. Problem is that the staff, although very kind, weren't as experienced/knowledgeable as the other branches. read more

The 57 Fwy South was a hassle getting to this place but it was worth it. The young lady, Callie, who helped me at the front desk was very pleasant and efficient. My mother had died last month and Callie helped me with paperwork changing the ownership of the trust. She made it painless. I was out of there in no time because Callie knew her stuff. I had come to the Fidelity Investment Center because two of the banks I do business with on the previous day could not help me with the Signature Medallion Guarantees that the paperwork required. It was frustrating since the banks are in my home town. I then went to the Fidelity Investment Center in Brea and initially dreaded it when I slowed down to 10 mph on a good portion of the 57 Fwy South. It is frustrating to get through all of the paperwork that probate requires but in this case Calllie got me in and out in short time. Too bad she isn't an investment counselor. read more

The young guy running the front desk is a huge derp. I've never spoken with someone who was so dense in my life. Not sure I want to trust my money to Fidelity when they can't even hire a competent person to work reception. read more

Fidelity in Brea has the worst customer service! Been with them for years & every couple of years I try to make an appointment to review my finances. They always try to avoid having to meet & rush you out as quick as possible. They make me feel unimportant. The few times I've called on the phone they leave me on hold for 35, 45 min., to over an hour. Maybe I'm to small of a customer for them. Time to start looking to take my money elsewhere with someone who acts like they want to help. read more

The best investment place in Orange County. You can count on them and friendly staff. Newspapers, coffee available. Good job and I will recommend to my friends read more

The people are amazing to talk to and deal with. They answered all my questions and helped me set up my accounts with no troubles at all. It is their phone system that is not good. It is all automated and when you try to say speak to a representative it says that is invalid and sends you to their main office out of state and they can not connect you back to the office you are trying to reach. I end up having to drive to the office in order to speak to someone. read more

Been a fidelity customer for about 10 years... I always hate coming into this branch. The people who work the front always has a don't bother me attitude and srems to always lack knowledge about investments. I go in once or twice a year to make deposits/contributions and always dread it. I should seriously move my $ to a more friendly and knowledgavke company read more

I wanted to go on record that one of Fidelity's representatives who specializes in their 403b program for educators was both informative and extremely professional in helping us with information about our 403B. Her name is Cassi Kremer and she met with us at San Diego State University and she was not only able to answer all of the questions that my wife and I had for her but also steer us to additional guidance with our non-403B investments. She was patient and clear about all of our inquiries and was a pleasure to work with. Our only disappointment was not with her but Fidelity's lack of availability of counselors like Ms. Kremer since the few scheduled counseling appointments regarding the Fidelity 403B program were far away from my work and residence in North Orange County forcing us to drive three hours each way for our appointment. read more

The Brea office is always helpful with competent representatives interested in customer service not sales pressure. As a long-time customer since 1982 Fidelity has been a leading broker and never makes the news for shady deals or corruption. Their website for accounts is one of the best in the business. read more

I tranferred all my IRA money to Fidelity just prior to retiring. I researched the major brokers online and found that Fidelity made the most sense for me. I like to talk to people face to face to see if I can trust them. I have been dealing with Matt Chase, who I have found very personable and likeable. I feel he is"on my side" when it comes to making moves in my best interests. He has bent over backwards to help me in my current situation, and he should be commended for doing and excellent job! read more

I made an appointment with Cornel Catrina at the Fidelity in Brea on two occasions in the past two weeks and was treated professionally and respectably. Cornel guided me through setting up 2 new accounts for my grandchildren as graduation gifts. Cornel made me feel comfortable with gift transfers and purchasing of mutual funds and he also helped me with RMD's. I would highly recommend Cornel. He knows what he is doing, is patient and personable. read more

Absolute worst service ever. It is hard to think of the last time where I was trying to give someone my money for deposit where they (a) has me wait with no discernible line and (b) couldn't tell me how long the wait was. Makes sense why online tools are beating every bozo with 20 finance credits and a suit and who works here. read more
