I typed out a review earlier and pulled it down out of courtesy until I heard how the listing agent treated my agent. So here we are again! I cannot pinpoint any one individual directly as I am not sure everyone my agent had to deal with through the entire experience. However, I would still give a 0 rating if I could. The following review is based off of my own personal experience with this company in regards to trying to purchase a house. We (my boyfriend & I) made a full offer on a house listed by this company and all we received was very bad communication. No one ever called us back after leaving multiple messages. All we got were like one sentenced emails, as if the company, or listing agent found it beneath themselves to communicate with us. It seems you will get a call back IF you offer thousands over the asking price. Otherwise, don't expect interest in your offer, especially if you are at all under what the listed asking price is. I guess because demand for homes is at a rather high right now, such companies think they can look down on people trying to negotiate. I mentioned before that a Mr. Ryan Meltcher was the listed selling agent on the house we wanted to purchase. I cannot say he was the only ill communicated individual with my agent as I never asked specifically whom she reached out to every time. I can however say that after he saw my previous low rated review that associated his name to the listing he got extremely upset and exchanged some not so good times words with my agent. Maybe that's what it took to finally get a call back, but don't get mad at her. If anyone is upset, get mad at me. She had no clue I was even posting a review because that is on my own personal time which she is not involved with nor associated with. Yelp is specifically for rating an establishment or service based off of personal experiences which is exactly what I did. So the reason I took down that previous review was bc this guy stated the house we were trying to get was suddenly back on the market bc the previous offer didn't go through. He tells us he wanted to work with us but bc of the earlier review I posted, wanted to reach out and ask I take it down so he could push our offer up bc we were suddenly one of the top choices. He said he couldn't guarantee anything but he would try oh so hard to help us. I thought I would be nice and take it down, knowing very well it could all be pretty words to get the review off of here. It seems that was the case as low and behold, weeks later he still has not even tried to reach out to us about anything. What a way to show you're really trying for us! All in all, not the best experience in no shape or form. Not that I like giving such a low rating to any company, but really? If companies want to boost their ratings then offer better service instead of attacking or insulting customers! Be apologetic for the service that was so bad! Especially when a huge amount of money is involved! So I leave this review bc of the oh so rude way things were handled again the second time around by all who represented this company when dealing with us. The company itself might be fantastic. We were working with Giovanni Gutierrez and he handed most of the selling process to his sister Claudia Gutierrez. With that being said this review mostly reflects Claudia, but Giovanni is responsible for Claudia's behavior since she works under him. We tried to get in contact with Claudia to respectively tell her we no longer wanted to continue conducting business with her and she never returned any of our phone calls or emails. It has been well over 2 weeks and her realty sign is still at our property. We are also receiving multiple calls a day to our personal phones asking if our property is still for sale. The only explanation we can think of for this is that Claudia and/or her brother Giovanni gave out our personal information. Claudia, in my opinion, is not a well trained or professional realtor. She expressed her dissatisfaction with her career multiple times and her unprofessional mannerisms confirmed this. We are extremely upset that she has not gotten into contact with us and that we are being bothered by all these phone calls from realtors asking about our property. The company may not be as irresponsible or unprofessional as this realtor but their employee definitely represents them this way. 10/7/15: Wow now I'm getting emails every hour from realtors. Amazing how as soon as we stop doing business with these people our phones and emails blow up with other realty companies asking about our property. read more

This is a terrible company that is nothing but money hungry and very horrible with communication. They will ignore you unless you give them a ridiculously high offer. Until that happens, they will not call you back, only sending you very short, one sentenced responses through email, only when they feel like it. Such a crappy company. Ryan Meltcher was the selling agent on the house I wanted to purchase. I'm not sure if he dealt directly with my agent or if it was the company as a whole. Either way, a bunch of douchebags. You would think they would want to gain customers and to spread the word of their company in a positive light but nope! They only care about money. And watch out for the houses they flip/remodel. They claim they do everything the right way with permits yet cannot and will not show them when asked about it. I even went to the city to check to see if the house I made an offer on had all permits up to date and they had none, even when this company claimed everything would be there. Don't bother trying to work with them either as far as hoping for some negotiating. They'll straight out tell you they won't even look at your offer if it's not at least at their asking price and even if you do that, they still won't respond unless it thousands of dollars above it. I need to update my previous post. Eddie did follow up with us within a few months and asked how we were settling in. He even remembered that I run regularly and asked if I had found good running trails near the house. Of even more importance, we had to move again recently because the house we leased was damaged in an earthquake. We called Eddie again and he helped us find a new place within a week. He stayed in contact during every stage of the process and checked in with us once removed in. I would say that definitely warrants the 5th star. read more

We're not happy with TNG, we just lost out on a suspicious home purchase. We fell in love with a home recently, and made an offer over the asking price. TNG had decided to review all offers on Wednesday night about 8pm, per my request our agent phoned the TNG agent around 4pm to see where we stand and to inform her of our seriousness and our willingness to improve our offer. We were assured that our offer was the highest and by far the best overall package. We did not hear any news that evening. The following morning my agent called for a status and the TNG agent told him that two additional offers came in at the last minute. Our offer over asking, 20% down, 800 credit scores non contingent, reduced time frames etc...lost the home by $1,500 to a 5% down FHA loan. It's fishy that we were not contacted when we had already informed the TNG agent of our willingness to go higher $$. Based on what the TNG agent told us, our offer was the best by far. Could the buyer with the accepted offer know the sales agent or somebody else with some insight? Really really fishy. read more

Buyer BEWARE!!!! I would have rated them a 0 but I couldn't go any lower than a 1! I recently put a full offer bid on a house listed by TNG with Ryan Meltcher has the listing agent. I was pre-approved for a loan with 20 - 30% down. After he insisted that I get another approval from his lender (which I did) my offer was supposedly submitted to the buyer. Less than four hours later while going through the MLS listings, I noticed that the price had increased $10,000 over the listing price. No phone calls, no counter bids, no nothing! Is this what you call ethics??? I've had better, more ethical treatment from a used car salesman. I would never deal with anything that Ryan Meltcher or TNG Real Estate Consultants have listed. The Worst service, I ever received!! I called about a couple of months ago about a home in Cedar Hills. I spoke with Kerri Dillon and gave her my name and number to please let me know when a Manufactured house in that area became available. Time passed and she never called. I was in the area looking for places to live and drove through there and found a couple and called Kerri Dillon again. She said she was in the middle of signing paperwork for a home at that very same price I could afford. I was astonished! I told her I am a very serious buyer, newly divorced, and desperate to move in the area. I gave her my name and number and I thought she had taken me seriously because we made an appointment to meet at an open house 2/21 the following week , because I wanted her to put a face behind the phone call. Low and Behold I called her while onsite to inquire which house #, and she tells me the open house CANCELLED!!! I was so upset, I told her I was driving in from TEMECULA and we had an appointment !! Can you believe it? Not even a courtesy call from her? Her slogan is "Treating you like royalty" , it truly should be "Treating you like a forgotten serf" in the feudal system. read more

Jay helped us prepare to get the house on the market, hired a professional studio who took beautiful photos and video tour, held an incredible open house that attracted tons of people, and advised us on the quickly changing market. We had multiple offers within just days. When negotiation issues came up, he advocated strongly for us and helped navigate the whole process. Jay did everything he could to lessen our worries along the way, as we purchased a bigger home and had to close both transactions at the same time. I have been going back and forth about posting this review, because you often feel like your sentiments won't matter in the world of business, but you know, If I can encourage just one person to take their time, money and energy to a firm where it will be appreciated, and where communication will be key, it'll be worth it. I contacted Rochelle Guerra asking if my spouse and I could see a property in Diamond Bar, she cut off my introduction to ask me why I was calling from an out of state number. I explained that my family was originally from that place, and we kept the number so that friends and family back home could easily keep in touch. Then, when I asked AGAIN if we could schedule an appointment to SEE the place, she said she'd be willing to find us a place somewhere else because she didn't recommend the commute from work to the property we wanted to SEE.....We're adults, we can gauge commutes for ourselves! By the end of our conversation she said (just to get us off the phone) that she'd send us an application (as a prerequisite to SEE the place) and of course, you guessed it, she never sent it. If you own the property on Grapevine in Diamond Bar or any property being listed/shown by Rochelle Guerra and you're wondering why it's not being rented/sold....here's why. pretty sad. read more

Sylvia Li is a liar and the absolute worst agent to work with. I rented a property from T.N.G specifically Sylvia when she was with BH and when she changed jobs so did the property. She lies about everything, when someone backed into the garage door from the outside she accused me of doing it, saying that it was probably me. It was a good thing I was there for the inspection or she would have charged me. The worst was when I gave notice to move out. She tried to sell me a house which was fine and while I entertained the option Sylvia offered to wave my 30 day notice so that I could save some money. We had a move out inspection date of the 2nd which she showed up to conduct and when I said that I wasn't interested in the buying a house just yet Everything changed. she said I would try to change the date, keep in mind we meet on the 2nd and she took the keys and then I get the invoice where she is charging me for the difference. I would not trust Sylvia or rent the property on Amelia from her. Through this entire ordeal the owner never responded to any of my attempts to speak with her or did Sylvia's boss call me back. Wrote an offer on a townhouse in Montebello. I have an 800 credit score and offered to put a 20% down payment. The home sold for $10,000 less. The listing agent Lisa Bryant represented both the buyer and seller. Lisa said that the seller decided to give it at a lesser price to a family friend. I'm skeptical figuring that if they wanted to give it to a family member or friend they never would have listed the property in the first place and they more than likely would have given more than a $10,000 break. I mentioned it to a few real estate agents and they basically said my offer was probably never presented and that she wanted to double dip. I'm not sure if that was really the case...it just looked a little suspicious. If the seller decided to forfeit $10,000 for a friend that's nice of them...if not they were basically screwed out of 10 grand...and I lost a home. The only ones who came up were the listing agent and the buyer who picked up a home at a discount. read more
