We put in an offer on this home and Mr Bobbett told our agent we didn't get the home. A couple days later they told my agent we are falling out of escrow, however if you submit an AS IS offer at $1,920,000 the house is yours now as a backup. We said "yes". Then he used our offer against us to the same buyers at the table and told us , "the seller negotiated with the buyers and they are staying with them".
