The permitting process with the city was long (about six months), complicated, and occasionally frustration. That said, Brandon, who is obviously well respected and connected in the industry, kept us informed every step of the way and worked so hard to (eventually) get the permit approved. Once we got the permit, the turnaround to getting us on their schedule was so fast and efficient. The crew were wonderful and worked tirelessly; they were extremely knowledgeable, used safe methods, and took great care to protect our surrounding structures. And the cleanup was incredible! That did not make the cut for winning our bid. My father had his own tree company for years, Z Trees, I went with, helping, so I am a bit particular what I want plus one tree was on our neighbor's property and leaning over our roof. I do with that rate them very high. They are an arborists unlike three other companies bids. If you have big trees please do give them a chance to bid your job.
