Wow! Impressive to see Ammon and his crew work. Professional to the max. They care about your existing lawn, plants, and fencing as they down trees SAFELY. They put plywood shields around everything that needs safekeeping, down the tree(s) load the wood to haul away and even blow off patios, plus rake and remove all debris from the downed tree (sawdust, limbs, trigs and leaves). This is the third job I have had Ammon and his team out to work on and as usual excellent work. So far he has removed 6 trees, limbed up / tip lifted 9 trees and hit everything with the stump grinder. My yard is always cleaned up better than when they arrive. I was referred to American Tree Care by my neighbor who was having a tree taken down. I had previously gotten a bid from another company for 1000.00 to take down a Mountain Ash in my front yard that was dead. Ammon came to give me an estimate which was far better than the other and on top of the fair price gave me an additional discount since they would be here for my neighbor anyway. On the scheduled date, they arrived at my house ahead of time, took down the tree in about an hour and a half and did such a good job on cleanup, my yard looked better when they left than when they arrived. To top it off Ammon very nicely disconnected my cable while they were working and then reconnected it properly which apparently my cable provider failed to do. Ammon, the owner, is knowledgeable, personable, and truly cares that you walk away having had a good experience. Price wise, they were a tad bit lower than the other well-rated company (Both were fair and reasonable in my opinion). He was able to work with me on schedule and made sure that the surrounding trees were protected while his crew was working. I had 9 trees that i needed removed. He came out on time and gave me a quote with multiple options. His quote was very fair. I opted not have the work done until months later and he still remembered the job and honored the quote. I wanted the work done right away but unfortunately due to the wind storms, he was backed up for over 8 weeks. He went ahead and put me on the calender. I told him that if he had a cancellation to please call me as i was ready right away. Sure enough, he called about 2 weeks later because he had a cancellation. He and his team came out, removed 9 trees, left the 16" rounds (they didn't grow. most were 16" or smaller), ground the stumps to -6", and hauled off the debris. The work was complete in 1 day and i was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Ammon and his team to anyone. read more
