They had 4 people who came and efficiently worked for ~2.5 hours and got the job done quickly. I noticed they used safety harness and ropes when cutting so the branches would fall where they expected. Large chunks were also aimed to fall in safe areas and I never worried that any of our fencing, house, or surrounding areas would be impacted. Derek and team are very kind and trustworthy, I would definitely recommend and use their services again in the future. The 2nd time they removed 3 trees, hauled the debris, as well as some additional debris I had accumulated. Robert has been great in terms of communication, and spending time while on site to ensure what we wanted is what we got. They were very quick and left the site better than it started. He even addressed some of my questions about other trees in the greenbelt behind our house. I would highly recommend them, great price, communication and professionalism.
