Thx for the help of Kenneth Daniel in obtaining correrct ink crtridges ( four, 3 color and one black) for my HP Laser printer. When ordered for these cartridges sometime ago I received wrong cartridges. Recently when I tried to replace one cartridge ( yellow) it would not fit. That is when I found out that wrong cartridges were sent to me by your company. I called and spoke with Ken. He acknowledged that I received the wrong cartridges and agreed to send me correct cartridges. For verification he asked me to send some photographs of the cartridges in my posession before he will arrange to send me the correct ink cartridges. I received them promptly and they are the correct ones. He also sent me an UPS label to me to send the other set of cartridges back to your company, at no cost to me. Her coordinated all this with Sheena Jacutin, another employee of yours. Both Ken and Sheena helped me out immensely. They are knowledgeable, professionally handled the situation. Ken was very courteous, prompt, understood my problem, and was willing to help me. That is an excellent policy to retain the customers. I am very happy with your company and Ken's service. I will contact you again in the future for all my computer and or printer needs. Thx again. Dr. Venkata Ayyagari. read more

I bought 3 of the Replacements for Lexmark 18C0034 (#34) High Yield Black Ink Cartridges and got them at a great discount. I could no longer find this ink in many stores and the one store I used to buy it at raised the price by half. A friend referred me to comp and save and the ink is not only the same but it actually seems to work better and last longer then what I used to buy in the store. The shipping was extremely fast and easy and the customer service I received trying to locate this particular ink was above and beyond what you usually get. They asked questions I never even thought of before my purchase and made my experience simple and quick and I actually learned more about my printer and ink. I would recommend this online site before sending someone to a store where you pay more and don't get the help and information to keep your printer working and lasting longer by their tips!! read more

I've been using their ink cartridges in my HP 7525 all in one inkjet for about 3 years now. The prices are the best I have been able to find. I have only had 1 issue, 1 time, on my first order. And it really wasn't a problem. When I first installed the cartridges, the black was not printing. I read a couple reviews, and did as one suggested, which was gently squeeze the cartridge until i saw the ink build up a bit in the "well" or discharge area. Once I did that pages printed perfectly. I now generally do that with all my cartridges out of habit. Again, that has been the only issue I have had in nearly 3 years. I just placed another 11 cartridge order prior to writing this review. And everything I have printed since using these cartridges have been at least as good as my super expensive HP cartridges. read more

CompandSave sells ink jet cartridges and laser toner at very competitive prices as well as offers very competitive special promotional offers. In the past I've purchased HP Inkjet ink cartridges and had a problem or two - as does everyone - because HP designs problems into the use of non-HP ink cartridges. I finally got tired of buying new HP printers because of the problems using Non OEM cartridges and the expense of HP cartridges - which from time to time were faulty also. so I bought a Samsung Laser 480 Express 4 in 1 printer which uses Toner - and should be more trouble free and less expensive per copy for quality color printing and bulk black & white. so - Stay tuned on how this replacement works once I run out of toner and plug it into the slot. read more

I always stress when it comes time to replace ink. the prices alone are enough to make you want to pass out at times when going down the ink aisle at the store. I found this place a while back and I can honestly say that I wouldn't be able to afford ink for my printer half the time if it wasn't for CompAndSave. their base prices are already great and then they will give you discounts on top of those great prices. they have yet again saved the day as my wallet is very thin right now and I was able to get both of my ink cartridges for half the price that I found at the cheapest retail option. Thank you CompAndSave for being so reasonable on prices and not trying to gouge us on cost. I will be a lifelong customer for sure. read more

February 14th- I went to three different brick & mortar stores within a 5 mile radius who sold Lexmark ink. None of these stores sold the 37XL single color ink for my X6650 printer. These computer/office stores only sold the (black & color) cartridge twin pack. I was fed-up so I went home. I looked at the Lexmark website and the 37XL color cartridge was too expensive. I found CompAndSave.com to find the 37XL single cartridge was less than half the price of Lexmark. I ordered the ink late that evening through regular mail, and it was delivered today on 2/20. I tested your ink cartridge today with no problems (even the ink indicator went to full status).****** Comp And Save, YOU HAVE MY BUSINESS****** THANK YOU. read more

Thanks to Jomar Samudio, I will be receiving replacement cartridges that were damaged after delivery. His speedy response to my request and the quickness that the replacement cartridges were put into the shipping stream were outstanding. As others have stated, it was bonus to get a 14% discount on the initial order for my next order, which will be made here when I run out of supplies. Haven't had a chance to try out the new cartridges from the original order as I'm still using the 'original' cartridges packed with the Brother printer. Black is getting low, so will be trying one out shortly. Again, kudos to Jomar Samudio. JohnDe9, Coos Bay, OR. read more

They are the best for ink ...period. I have five ink carts in my HP and they are uber pricey from HP or any another retailer. I don't want to hear that refilled or off brand ink is not good for the printer. I have been using CompandSave ink for years and never a problem. I have five carts in my printer. I get a warning on screen from HP when I install one and I acknowledge it and never get it again until I change ink again. I can buy several carts from CompAndSave for the cost of ONE HP cart...wow! Shipping to me coast to coast take a bit longer than I would like but I compensate by ordering before I really need the ink and its fine. read more

Sometimes......I seek for deals, then I look for reviews of the company or companies with the best deals, especially if I don't know anything about the company. So I found CompAndSave online. Now I've decided to try them out. I've ordered 2 HP 950 XL ink cartridges from them. Their site has really good ratings. When my cartridges arrive and I use them, I will update this review. They deserve 5 stars for this REALLY GREAT deal I received. So we will see. I'll update as soon as I print my very first page and maybe a few months after that. I don't usually print from home and this could be a deal maker for me if the quality is good. read more

I had never heard of CompandSave before but I was running low on print cartridges so thought I would give them a try. I own an HP Deskjet which takes #HP98 black cartridges. (It also takes tri-color cartridges but I don't print that often so the black is fine for me.) In order to save money I chose 3 cartridges for a lower price. I found their web-site very easy to order from. Within a few days I received my order in perfect shape. I installed the first cartridge and am very happy with it. It prints perfectly with no problem whatsoever. Now that I've found this wonderful company I will be a customer for life! read more

I was pretty nervous ordering replacement cartridges for my Canon Pixma, because with those prices they just had to be non-original, and I've never used any ink but original Canon ink made in Japan. Well, when I got my cartridges, they were non-original (of course!). But they fit my printer perfectly, and test printing showed nothing but a great result! And so I got 2 full sets of 5 cartridges (+ they sent me 2 additional black cartridges for free) for the price just a few dollars more than the price of 1(!!!) original Canon Pixma cartridge. Wow! I'm impressed! Oh, and delivery was rapid, too, about 3-4 days. read more

I am a first time shopper. I took advantage of an after Christmas promotion and saved big. The Brother compatible ink cartridges for my printer were on sale for $4.99 (high yield black ink) and $19.16 (set of 4 high yield in black/cyan/magenta/yellow). There was a buy one get two free sale so I ended up paying only $28.14 for 15 ink cartridges. It was a lot less than what I would pay at an office supply store or Amazon. Shipping was fast as well. I placed my order on 12/27 and received it on 12/30. I would definitely shop here again. read more

I discovered CompAndSave a few years ago and initially thought their low, low prices must mean inferior products, but decided to try them anyway. Boy, was I ever wrong! Their products in my case (printer cartridges) have now for years performed as well, or better, than any cartridges I previously purchased anywhere, including even the printer manufacturer's cartridges! And, with their frequent specials, their prices are now usually even lower than before. I'm so glad I discovered CompAndSave. They've saved me a bunch of money! read more

I have been using CompAndSave for my printer ink cartridges for the last number of years. The ink is clear printing and abundant. I did try another company but the price was not right. I had occasion to use the Customer Service once and I was greatly surprised. I did not have to endure rude treatment or arguing to get my problem taken care of. The Customer Service is GREAT and fast. I do not plan on changing anything pertaining to purchasing my ink cartridges. I would (and have) recommended this site to friends with no hesitation. read more

I have been saving money with CompAndSave for 5 years now and all I can say is: I love their products and no one beats their prices. We run a business out of our house and need to print professional documents, fliers, training and promotional materials, and more. I have saved thousands of dollars over the years buying all of my ink at CompAndSave without sacrificing quality. They always ship fast and are usually running a promotion on the website for even bigger discounts at checkout on their already low prices. read more

This is what I said in the last review! This is TOTALLY unacceptable!! If this was sent by "snail mail, USPS" or an old man doing a shuffling walk it would have gotten here faster than 15 days. I ordered 2-very small ink cartridges for my portable printer which weigh about a 2 ounces. A small envelope would have done it!!! Larry E. I have used CompAndSave on a few different occasions and have never had any problem with the cartridges. I have found that their ink cartridges last longer than the ones that I have purchased from Walmart and Office Depot. They constantly offer discounts and you just can't beat the price and the quality of the ink cartridges. They also offer a 1 year guarantee. I will most definitely be ordering from them again in the future. read more

So far very pleased. went through THREE bad batches of ink that printer wouldn't accept-- one from ebay, one from amazon, and one from sears. was about to give up on the printer but saw a groupon for these guys and threw a hail mary. installed the cartridge and the printer fired right up. very happy with the prices as well, as good as i've seen. free priority shipping was a big plus too. happy camper over here. read more
