I contacted this company to look at my network in 1 of my businesses because the last contractor set up everything but not as I wanted to be. I wanted a full Communication between all devices as well as CCTV. The first installer went back and forth trying to figure out how things should go, which was supposedly an easy thing for him as he was claiming, but he ended up giving up and he only completed half of the project. I called KaciNet, and I explained the situation, so couple days later Cherif showed up, and showed me how everything should be connected, but it was too complicated for me to do, so he convinced me and I let him finish up the installation. We set up a date, and he showed up with 2 other guys, and just like that, by the end of the day I was able to connect and manage my location from home. Everything works perfectly fine. I had no other choices but to let them work on my 2 other locations.
