"Sounded like a great deal. Ordered one of each color and 3 black on May 13. Shipped quickly - I had it on May 19. Replaced my Epson yellow with CompAndSave and it didn't work. "Printer can't recognize cartridge." Talked to customer service, tried troubleshooting, still didn't work. They sent a replacement, same thing - "printer can't recognize cartridge." At this point I asked for a full refund. They sent me the mailing label to send them back and said I would receive my refund in 7-10 business days. That was on June 30. Today is July 20 and I am still waiting for my refund. " read more

After doing a quick Google search, I came across this website which was selling 2 cartridges for the price of one! It looked too good to be true! I haven't bought cartridges from here before, so I'm not sure what the quality of my prints will be like. But I did like the deal! So we will see. read more

While I've only completed my first order and am waiting to receive it, the process of ordering and the associated price were excellent!! With this in mind, I'm hoping that the cartridges turn out to be as good as the reviews indicate. read more

This is a very unprofessional organization, you deal with overseas personnel who have zero authority. The product seems inferior which is the reason I contacted them. They were suppose to send a replacement but have not. I would not use them again read more

Great specials when available and fast shipping. I just don't like having to spend $50 before free shipping kicks in.

Great ink cartridges for my ink hog Canon Pixma MX922 printer. I paid less than half the price for my color and black cartridges--this model takes six different cartridges. They are reliable in quality and easily replace my official Canon ink cartridges. Usually, they send me discount coupons, and with $3.99 shipping for my entire order, this supplier is my "go to" online supplier. Use this company, and you will not be disappointed. Forget about getting "ripped off" buying Canon cartridges. read more

Been using their replacement HP cartridges for at least 3 years, never a problem. When you sign up to the mailing list, they send you special offers, 10%-20% off and/or free shipping at reduced spending levels (normally $50). I just ordered 5 cartridges for less than the price of buying one HP cart at Office Depot or Costco (and that's with free shipping). Great product, great price. I highly recommend CompAndSave. read more

I continue to use Compandsave for my printer ink cartridges because they are a very good value and work well with my printer. Their service is second to none. The quality of the product is excellent . I'd recommend them to anyone looking for replacement ink that doesn't break the bank. read more

Great place to mail order replacement ink! Low prices, works great, quick delivery, and ongoing coupons and discounts, plus free shipping on medium size orders They just keep on..... Most recent had a defective cartridge, first time, upon contacting they immediately mailed a free replacement and postage paid envelope to return the defective one-doesn't get any better read more

I've ordered ink cartridges from them before and had no problems. But my most recent order was a disaster. The cartridges wouldn't work in my printer and when I contacted the company to resolve it, they promised a refund but never gave it to me. Then they wanted to close the ticket. I responded saying that I had not received my refund. They said they would keep the ticket open and asked if for the date in which I sent back the defective cartridges, which I provided. I have not heard from them since the time and still have not received my refund. I sent them an email asking what was going on and have not heard from them. read more

It is really wonderful to find printer ink for prices that don't break your wallet. I have a Lexmark printer an older style and commercial places like Walmart and Target stopped carrying what I needed. It makes me happy to know that I can buy XL for under $40 and a lot less that what the stores that might sell them would charge. read more

A company is only as good as their customer service and their guarantee. I am spending days trying to get them to send me 1 cartridge that is failing and if and when they decide to ship it I am told it will take 2-7 busines days. DO NOT buy from this company. Faulty product and even worse customer service and support. read more

Just ordered using Groupon, first time, prices seemed decent and website easy to use. Groupon along with Retail me not promo codes make it a steal, don't mind waiting 3-10 days for shipping with these prices. Beats waiting in line at the big box stores! As long as I get my shipment with no issues, I will keep coming back!!!!!! read more

I have used CompAndSave twice now and I have saved so much on ink. The ink is also good quality and shipping is fast.

This place has cheap ink. I used a groupon to make it an even better deal.

I have ordered from CompandSave a two times. The first time only one cartridge worked and the second time the ink did not work in my printer at all. The second time I ordered I used the brand they told me to request. The order came in right before COVID hit March 5th. Our office then shut down till a little over a month ago. When we went to use the ink none of the cartridges would work in the printer at all. I chatted with a representative named Christian who told me the warranty is good for one year only and even with COVID they are not budging on it as it is their warranty. He then apologized for the inconvenience. I am literally 45 days outside of the warranty period and there is no room for them to correct the problem of the ink they told me would work not working. Especially after us not being open for basically the entire warranty period. I would of considered buying from them again but after this I don't see any customer care from this company. read more

I've ordered ink for my HP a couple of times and the order came fast. I had an issue with one cartridge, I contacted them and a replacement was shipped the next day without a problem and, I didn't need to ship the defective one back. Excellent service so far. read more

They have the ink for my old Canon MX printer at great prices. The usually have coupons or sales that make it even better. I have bought from them a couple times now. read more

great selection, price and fast shipping. Dont pay retail for name brand ink anymore!

I purchased a lot of colored ink. The order said guaranteed. None of it worked. I put in two different sets and they still didn't work. The black was ok. I called the company to get a refund and because I did not SAVE the cartridges to return they would not refund my money. I even explained what type of colors and stripes I had on the paper. I did all the printer cleaning, technical stuff they recommended and still no color or distorted weird stuff. Im done with this company. read more

Easy website! Great prices and I got $15 off using a e-coupon from another site. It doesn't get much better than this when ordering printer ink. read more

I have been buying ink from this company for some years. They are the very best. Easy to navigate web site, great prices and outstanding service. Thank you! read more

I could not find any better pricing out there! They saved me over 75% on my laser jet cartridge and that is awesome for my bottom line!

Very disappointed. I order toner for my larger printer, and ink cartridges for two of my smaller printers. When i went to install my toner, it wouldn't fit properly. After looking closely at the package, I realized it was the incorrect item number. Assumed it was my error, in trying to exchange it, I would have to pay 50% of the cost to ship the product back, and then would receive the correct items once that was received. It wasn't worth the cost, ended up keeping them. I then installed a color ink cartridge and after a few copies, received an error message that I was low on ink. Replaced with the other cartridge...again within a week it was reading as empty. These products are crap. I will be making a complaint on BBB as well as going through my initial paperwork to ensure it was my error in the initial order, and not that CompAndSave sent me the incorrect product. Extremely disappointed in the products I received. read more

Horrible! First of all, these are not genuine cartridges. Second of all, they are poorly made. I bought complete 'sets' for my HP printer, and while I was a little distressed when they first arrived to discover that they were knock-off's, I was willing to use them. Everything was working fine until I needed to replace another cartridge a couple of weeks ago. I installed it as I had the others, but it wouldn't work. When I took it out to examine it, it was clear that the cartridge was defective. The contact chip was not attached correctly. It was skew and did not line up with the printer contact. I immediately emailed the company. I received an email back that they could replace it no problem as long as it was within the 1 year warranty. By some miracle, I still had the packing slip; however, I was out of warranty by a few days. Their response: "Thank you for providing your order number. Unfortunately the order is out of warranty, we cannot process a replacement or accept them for a return and refund as well. Sorry for the inconvenience. It would be best to try to visit your local office supply store." In other words, they are not willing to stand by their product. No replacement, no return, no refund AND go to another store!! Who ever tells a customer to shop elsewhere?! I was shocked that they didn't offer me a replacement cartridge/coupon with my next order to cover the cost of the defective one. Bottom line: AVOID this seller like the plague. read more

Great company, great service. I don't find the price to be any cheaper than the name-brand version for my particular printer, but with coupons from Brad's Deals it's a great deal!! read more

Cheap ink, ships fast, and works fine.

I purchased my toner November, 2015. The pricing and shipping experience was excellent. I did have some problems where I had to reset or choose a different name for my printer, in order to be recognized on the wireless system. I just reordered because the yellow ran out, even though my refill date is not until 5/30/16. I do not print often, so not sure why it didn;t last the 6 months it should. But based upon all other toner sources options, I am very pleased and will continue being a customer. read more

I am blown away with the prices of this ink I've just purchased from CompAndSave. Normally, I would pay hundreds of dollars for ink, that from this place I only paid $25 including shipping. A third of the price. Wow! This is great! I avoided the lines, the issue of not being in stock, and the rude cashiers. Thank you CompAndSave! read more

Trying them for the first time. Pricing is a good value. If the ink cartridges last comparable to the brand name, then I'm a converted fan!! I use HP 951XL Yellow; HP 951XL Cyan; HP 951XL Magenta; and HP 950XL Black -- I always write the date I on the cartridge when I insert a new one & when I remove it when it's empty -- so I know approximately how long the brand name cartridge lasts me. I just bought 2 of each from this company and will do the same. I will definitely report back with the results and, if even close, for the savings, nearly 80%, and free shipping.... it's pretty obvious! read more

Absolutely the best prices on ink anywhere. Easy to order, although the little box that kept popping up was irritating, LOL. I highly recommend CompandSave for your printing needs. read more

I ordered through this company because of the prices...the recycled cartridges are not recognized by my printers...useless.

Bought from this site due to pricing. Received my order quickly however first cartridge used exploded in my printer. After many left messages and sitting on hold for hours, customer service said that they would send a new cartridge. Please read BBB reviews! Management refused to fix my printer without legal action. It is insane how all you see are positive reviews. So, I am now out a printer, and am still waiting on my refund. Many reviews say that they fight refunds saying that the item shipped back was not supplied by them. Document everything you do with this company. Buyer beware! read more

The ink I received was dry and did not print. I followed all directions accompanying the cartridge to no avail BUT when I called them toll free and explained, the employee was helpful and sent me another free of charge, at my request. She said if that didn't work to call again and my payment would be returned. I am pleased with the response. read more

I have used this company only twice to order ink for my printer. First time was very easy and quick. Received product very quickly with no problems. Second time it was a little more difficult to order...but it was Pay Pal's fault...had to re up my account although it had only been a month since I had used it. CompAndSave seems to be right on the ball! Hope I receive this order as easily as I did the first order. Their system is easy to use and understand. read more

Their cartridges will not function in a Canon printer, and it is impossible to get a refund!! The Customer Service dept has no direct connection as they are overseas! Good luck trying to return anything for a refund!! It has been two weeks since I mailed mine back using their US Post Office label, and they have not validated my return yet. They claim there are so many returns that they can't catch up yet......big red flag!!! The customer service rep says, "Oh Well, it only cost you $22 as if that's no problem. " read more

I bought Epson cartriges. Good product and service, will definitely buy again

Easy Peasy.. I ordered exactly the printer ink I needed so quickly. And about a third the price of elsewhere. Wow.. I hope it works fine. We will soon see when it arrives. All their reviews say that that will not be an issue and I will be happy. I'll be back and update if that is not the case. read more
