Comp LA has been taking care of my computer needs both at my office and at home for the last eight years. Over the years Eddie has taken care of various problems that I have had, such as the computer freezing on me, running too slow.and assisting me to upgrade to a better system. When you call him with a problem, if he can direct you over the phone, he will. When you need him to come out, he will make an appointment within a day or two. However, if it is an emergency, he will go out of his way to come the same day. Eddie's company also designed our website. He is honest and his pricing is fair. read more

I thought I was doing the right thing to upgrade my computer, but apparently made some mode changes that rendered the computer ineffective. Unfortunately, we were trying to make a deadline and this turned out to be a very costly error. Luckily, Eddie was able to arrive on site that same day and fix the problem so we could continue. Next time, I'll leave it to the professionals at Comp LA and not take the risk of doing it myself and messing it up! Snir, read more

I own a small business and every penny counts. I called Comp LA and Eddie came out, told me what he could do and quoted me a reasonable price. No hard selling or trying to get my to buy things that I didn't need. In my line of business, I work 7 days a week and its good to know that if I have a computer problem on a Sunday, I don't have to wait till Monday to get help. That for me is a big selling point. I feel that if I can count on this company to help me when I need them and not when it's convenient for them to do so. read more

We were having major IT issues at our office and in a panic I called Comp LA. I briefly explained our problems and the man on the phone advised they could have a tech on site within the hour. To my surprise, Eddie was on site in 45 minutes! He was extremely helpful with all of our issues and even some we didn't realize we had. He was calm and walked me through each step making sure that I understood what he was doing and ended up fixing our major problems. He also gave some really solid advice with no ego or agenda. My computer was running unbelievably slow, to the point where I thought it was time for a new one, but Eddie came in and made it as good as new. He saved my computer! He somehow made it faster that it ever was and even cleaned the computer itself. It was honestly a new computer. If you're having a problem, I would definitely recommend him. I cannot say enough about Comp L.A. and our experience today with Eddie. He arrived exactly when he said he would and he was extremely personable. He took the time and listened to our concerns, and then reiterated for understanding in order to address our needs accordingly. We had multiple PC issues to address, which Eddie managed to juggle and resolve without any complications....all while on the phone with our internet provider to successfully lower our monthly bill. Eddie came to my home and diagnosed my laptop free of charge. Unfortunately, the laptop was in such a state that it could not even be accessed (no way to log in), so he advised me of my options of either getting a disk and reinstalling Windows 7 or extracting the data from the hard drive. He explained each option thoroughly, and never pressured me at all, even though the former option (which I chose) meant he drove to my home and diagnosed my machine for free. Great integrity and professionalism, and I couldn't recommend Eddie more. read more

I own a men's accessory line and we have a studio with 15 computers. I Had the opportunity to work with the company owner who was able to give the right solution from the beginning. Once we decided to go with the service, Comp LA was able to come in the studio and set up our server the way we wanted to. We had one imac that was competently wiped and Comp LA restored the operating system and also upgraded the hard drive. Now the computer is faster then some of my new ones I have in the office. I believe that there might be few companies out there that can provide similar solutions, but Comp LA is so personable, extremely professional and always takes the time to explain things. He also assured us that anything in the future that comes up he can assist us and gave us the piece of mind. Now we have our guys there that we can always go to. I highly recommend! read more

Wow! Amazing customer service! Love you Eddie! I will be contacting this company in the near future. Thank you so much

I reached out to Yelp to get a quote on checking out my Lazer Jet printer and Eddie was the first one to respond - after trying to trouble shoot over the phone, he was at my office within no time and was incredibly gracious and helpful in helping get our problem solved. After having a bit of an issue getting the black streak to go away, Eddie tutored me on my machine and helped me do the research in getting something better (not super expensive) than we have and consolidate all our machines that we really don't need to have. I highly recommend Comp L.A. - SUPER trustworthy and always looking out for the best interest of us, the client. Eddie is the man! read more

I literally will not take my computer to anyone else in LA. I wholeheartedly and even blindly trust Eddie to take care of it for me -- no matter the problem! Not only does he take the time to explain his process, he speaks in a manner that ANYONE can understand, regardless of your knowledge of computers. Eddie is patient and thorough, not missing a single detail, and can immediately solve any problem at hand. He has returned my computer to me multiple times in incredible shape, the next day (unheard of), and even physically clean as new! This is more than just a job for Eddie; he cares tremendously for his customers, their products, and their time. He adds value by being diligent, efficient, timely, and effective. I could not have asked for better service. Eddie is incredibly professional and talented while providing a friendly interpersonal connection and making sure you understand the situation at hand. I have been recommending him to all my friends and I'll never go to anyone else with my Mac -- or any other computer for that matter. Go to Eddie and save yourself any future headache! I couldn't recommend him more. read more
