Well I ended up on the phone with Alex. Alex, you think he's probably just an employee there... Nope. He is the owner! The big CEO!! I don't care if your company has 10k people, or just 10 people working for you. As the owner, time is very important. When the owner sits down and personally spends 2-3 hours on your problem, you know that it's a damn good company. Alex helped get our phones back online. Which was way more complicated than I could handle. I really had no experience doing this stuff. I set up the camera system here and my boss thought that qualified me to do all this! I explained the problem/situation to Alex and with his help we got it back up and running! THANK YOU ALEX!!!!!

I've had this system for some time and it has always been finicky. I called All City and they were at my doorstep in 20 minutes. This was no routine service. It really required quite some intensive diagnostics, because they system was old, discontinued by the manufacturer and the low voltage system in the house powered everything from alarm systems to landscaping lights. Other techs would have probably told me to replace the whole system. All City persevered and went above and beyond in finding the issues and repairing to perfect operating condition. Great company--great tech! Highly recommend and will definitely use again when the need arises. BTW, their prices were more than fair. Despite the difficulty and much extra time needed, they honored their estimate. Impressive.
