My friends and I met at this charming cafe in East Austin, and I was amazed by the inviting warmth of the intimate shop. The baristas greeted us, and they were so helpful. They gave us a quick rundown of all the drinks and food items they offer. They like to encourage conversation & creativity amongst the people in the community, so laptops are prohibited on the weekends as well as after 5pm on weekdays, they are closed on Mondays. There's a handful of parking spots in front of the cafe, or you can choose to park on the street in the neighborhood. There are beautiful plants and board games for you to play while in the cafe. They have tables outside on the patio, or they have tables, chairs, benches and couches inside. They have a dj booth since they have a dj at night, and they even had music records and merch shirts for sale. There were only 2 other small groups of people when we went on a Saturday morning. I choose a #2 smoothie, a turkey pesto sandwich (Turkey, Basil Pesto, Provolone Cheese, Sun dried tomato spread, mayonnaise. Served on a toasted ciabatta from Texas French Bread) and with a side of fresh berries. It was fresh, flavorful and delicious. I love to support small businesses, so I plan to be back on another quiet weekend morning.

Such a fun shop! Coffee meets smoothies meets dinner all in one! Seating wise there's so many options, tables to couches to outside benches. Great place to talk, study (although there's background music that may be distracting) and overall fun vibes. Note that there's a no laptop rule after 5pm. I got the pineapple (number 3) smoothie bowl. Such a cute little bowl for $14. Out a smile on my face!

I've been meaning to check this place out for a while, and finally made time to meet a friend for lunch and a little bit of work. Right off the bat -- there are very few parking spots in front of the business. Your best bet is free street parking in the neighborhood. Once inside, there are a few tables and two couches facing each other, as well as a few barstools, and then a little outdoor area. The place fills up quickly, especially since it's on the small side, so keep that in mind or try to get there early. The decor is really cool - lots of plants and vinyls. The menu is small, so easy to make a selection. I chose a hot latte and chicken salad sandwich on ciabatta. The latte was good, but sandwich was a little bland and mostly bread. This is probably a super cute spot to come to in the evenings when it's a wine bar. However, it was difficult to work here because it was pretty loud. Music was loud and lots of people talking.

This charming cafe is one of my favorite funky neighborhood haunts to meet friends. You have a high chance of being served by the owner, and the baristas are exceedingly friendly and knowledgeable about their wine list. Their turkey pesto sandwich is deliciously crunchy. I appreciate that they provide a welcoming space for people to meet and work on on weekdays, and ask that laptops are put away after 5pm and on weekends. Another highlight is their record player! DJs often host events at the shop, and you're encouraged to browse the small collection they have.

Such a cute spot! It is a great spot for a small lunch or snack and hang out with friends. During the week you can bring your laptop and get some work done. On the weekend it is hangout vibes, leave the work at home. I can appreciate that! The strawberry salad was good. My only critique is the pepper was a bit too coarse for my liking.

    Amazing Fig leaf latte!!!

This is my favorite spot!!!! They serve natural wine and always have really good house wine picks. They have a packed schedule during the week with fun free events meant to get people together. Their new food and coffee is amazing!!! I never feel uncomfortable coming alone because the people who frequent it are a good time. Music picks are awesome. ALSO I love that they don't allow laptops on weekends or weekdays after 4 PM. I've had to leave coffee shops MANY TIMES because every table is taken up by a single person on a laptop. I'm happy to hear people chatting and laughing and enjoying themselves.

They have yummy ube matcha! My friends all love it as well and they recommended it to me! The cafe is pretty, but sometimes the music is loud, but still worth a try!

Bowls were ok. Tasty but a little lacking. The bowls in general could use more fruit. Service was ok too. Ambiance is cool. Love the vibe. Would go back, but not for the bowls.

Stopped by this cute acai bowl place on a weekend afternoon for what I hoped would be the happiest of acai bowls, but the wait was a major letdown. It took over 45 minutes to get our bowls, which is a bit much for a quick snack. The person who took our order did warn us that it would probably take 20 minutes, but the actual wait was still much longer. The acai itself was decent, but nothing really stood out except for the smile design. It's a fun spot, but I'll probably look for somewhere with a quicker turnaround next time.

This is not your typical cafe or Juiceland, but I still like it! Don't expect hot coffee or smoothies. Instead you'll find tasty 16oz blended bowls and some cold drinks. The seating is pretty great although is it a bit dimly lit. The guys there were friendly and helpful! I got my order pretty quickly. There's some outlets along the walls for those who need to work/study. The couch is pretty comfy too! There's parking out front and on the streets of East Austin. If I'm looking for a tasty fruit bowl and a good work spot, I'd def come back.

Really cute interior and places to sit!

I stopped by here with a friend for a light lunch and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere is super cute- its trendy and fits in with the neighborhood well. There are some parking stalls in front but mostly its street parking, which is typical for East Austin. I do think the food options at this location are a bit limited- I hope as they keep growing they expand the menu a bit. However, if you are in the mood for some good coffee, matcha, and acai bowls- this place is great!! I thought it was interesting they have bowls with bee pollen in them. At first I was skeptical, but it added a little flavor and apparently theres a ton of healthy benefits to it! It is counter service, and orders come out pretty quick. The staff were all very friendly. If I lived close by I could definitely see this as becoming my new spot! Highly recommend giving this place a try!

Super cool owner and the vibe here is dope. It's a coffee shop in the morning and then after 5 or so they make everyone shut them laptops off and be present. Then it turns into a bar where they have cheap beers and play good music. Also sell some dope electronic music records and cassettes. Picked up a couple gems.

Menu was very bare. Ambience was pleasant and intimate. Unsure if the merch was necessary. Would hate to see this place busy.

Delicious açaí bowls! Food and coffee punches way above its weight. At night, very fun DJ sets and community gatherings.

Radio Rosewood wants to keep the party going all day and late into the night, offering food outside of "goes with coffee" and a beautifully appointed bar. Having said this, I just needed coffee, so my review is going to focus on that. The featured coffees here are roasted by their own RCB Roasters, and my selection was their Ethiopian Guji, promising some nice acidity and brightness from its lighter leaning roast profile. The coffee "space" is compact here, but they're using good gear and seem to have the staff to use it well. My espresso was served with sparking water, and was just as I'd hoped, a bright cup with citrus acidity that was well structured, but not overly acidic or bitter at all. It was a winner all around. I'll have to get back in for an adult beverage on my next visit, but I was pleased to see that us coffee lovers can still get a good "fix" here!
