I cannot believe that I haven't posted a review on my favorite men's store even though I have been…read morebuying from these guys for years!!! Clothes look incredible, service is freakishly friendly and up there with the best in the world. I trust them with my credit card and make orders on both the Men's and Women's (Ann Mashburn) for my wife whenever we need something and the service is seamless. I find the level of service at the DC store to be perfectly akin to their flagship store in Atlanta which now has an incredible coffee bar as well. I will be posting this same review to Ann Mashburn's site as well because they have done an amazing job serving the female side of my family. Beautiful clothes and AMAZING service. The main reason I was compelled to write a review now is because of an act of kindness which has transpired in the past week. My wife experienced a health issue in the past that has changed her physique in ways where not all the same clothes she used to wear will fit her and it's not easy for her to find outfits that suit her EXTREMELY well. She happened to try on a "sample" outfit not too long ago with which she absolutely fell in love. Knowing that it was a sample outfit and the fabric was no longer available, she left the store quite upset that she found something that really worked....but buying it wasn't an option. I spoke with the GM of the store, Keon, and one of my favorite salesmen, Conor, who initially didn't think it would be possible as they wouldn't have the sample from which others could try on for that size. When I visited the store last week, I curiously inquired again about whether there was any chance they may make an exception so that I could surprise my wife with an amazing gift. I know that the DC guys went beyond anything I would have ever expected as I received a call later that day where Conor informed me that they would be amenable to delivering the dress to my wife. It's difficult to find this level of a shop and group of folks who recognized how much this meant to me and my wife and went against there normal and very strict policies to make someone who has been through tough health issues incredibly happy. I don't think I can express how grateful I am to be able to shop at this store (because it's not cheap); however, the value of the clothes paired with the service is a bargain!

No other explanation given or accommodation did they make. I would've given one star but I do like the products they make...but wow the store staff and the back end staff are REALLY bad.... beware

Lydia is my Tailor and she it's very good at what she does. I also like the personal of details where she remembers who you are very social. it makes us more of a fun experience for going to the Tailor just to get fitted. Experience is top-notch and luxurious. The ambience is very stoke modern and a bit exclusive. There is no signage on the building to get to the location. It's almost like going to a clandestine office. The storefront it's very clean and they have clothing on display along with a decanter full of scotch. Gives off very cool vibes. There's a pool table on the back. The view is unexpectedly beautiful. Lydia will run through the options to pick up materials styles types of cuts. Want to get measured and get your final product they keep these measurements on file so if you want to order more, we just call in and get it to you. Should I treat myself? You ask.... She offered us refreshments, showed us several fabrics and educated us on pricing and availability. We considered the options shown and scheduled an appointment a week or so later to place an order. Lydia gave us good customer service, but she was not available the morning we were scheduled and we were assigned Burgan. Burgan was very professional and a big help in selecting the finishes and fitting. We enjoyed working with Burgan, and placed the order. We have ordered several custom suits from different companies. We really appreciate the vast selection of high quality fabrics and professionalism of the staff at Enzo. They have custom suits available as low as about $600 but on average the suits run about $1,200 and up. The suits are well worth the splurge. The aesthetic of the location is sleek and modern. The experience feels elevated and is what you want when you're spending over a thousand dollars for a suit. Note to management it would be appreciated if clients are consistently offered water or a beverage during every visit. I highly recommend this location. We are looking forward to receiving the new suit. I will update this review once we go through the final fitting. TIP: There is a $100 referral discount which is a nice incentive to spread the word.

The only gripe I have specifically with this location.....is that it is waaayyy too cluttered-- overstocked with just stuff everywhere! And, let's talk about organization to make things easy to find....forget it. It sort of reminds me of Filene's Basement (on Connecticut Ave) from back in the day or a " sub high-end" Thrift store. If you park on the street nearby this store, you better load up your parking meter to the max.... Because you're going to need the time to roam around this place. Note: There is no parking lot or garage..... so you don't want your parking meter to expire because we all know parking tickets in DC is like paying rent or the amount of a one night hotel stay. lol Other than this, not a bad shopping experience here. There's something for everyone when it comes to looking for bargain clothing that's from designer labels and semi on trend. One plus I will say about this Nordstrom Rack location, is that they carry a large selection of men's business and casual clothing. This location carries tons of business suits, dress shirts, ties and business casual slacks-pants. I think the reason for this is because this location is centrally located in the downtown DC area and business district that is primarily surrounded by law offices, lobby firms, consulting firms and federal government agencies. You often don't find this at a lot of Nordstrom Rack and bargain clothing, places like Marshall's/TJMaxx around the DMV. There are also tons of men's athletic shoes, casual sneakers, great running shoes and dress shoes. In all, you can't go wrong shopping here. Although, the Pentagon City location is more my speed. This location is not all bad. Lots of good finds and decent customer service. Just have a little patience and time to roam around this treasure trove!
