Assuming the company would welcome business and a very significant repair from the new owner on a project this company already knew, I contacted them and asked them for an estimate. I would have given them the business. Brian, who was the representative contractor working at the company, and may even be the owner, could not have been more disorganized and disrespectful in his interactions. Anybody who behaves like this from what appears to be a successful company, doesn't deserve business. Feel free to contact me and I can let you know reasonable alternatives whom we eventually gave the business to. We were delighted with the quality, but more importantly the business transaction and professionalism. I will stress I am evaluating this company clearly on their professionalism, and client management. Consumers need to be aware. There was no sales push just great discussion with Tony and his wife Kathy on what was best for our master bedroom closet. We made a deposit, set up a time, and their sons came out and did the install in two hours. They very friendly, explained everything, used drop clothes, washed all the new shelving, and vacuumed. Holding them side by side they feel different in your hands and are different shades as well (although both considered "elliptical oak"). Best Laminate insists this is not an error on their part and it is just made in different places. I was trying to match the "Pro" flooring I have. Nowhere on the online listing does it say the word "Original", but it does say "Pro". I feel this was an error on their part. I did not order a swatch because it said "Pro" and the number/color matched. They are allowing me to return it, but I do have to pay shipping both ways which will come out to be about $300-400. This was a huge hit for me being a single mom of 3 already having to pay for the floor restoration after a water leak. PLEASE order a sample before buying from them to be sure that it matches. I would honestly check your local stores rather than order from Best Laminate. They charged me 630+ the shipping for what my local Carpet Exchange gave me for $350 total and shipping wasn't necessary.

He never came out and my husband had called him twice and when he did finally talk to my husband we were told that the owner needs to talk to his brother and we've never heard from him since. The impression was that he did not think our job was big enough and instead of being honest and telling us that they completely ignored us. Apparently unless you are completely remodeling your kitchen they don't want your business!
