Our company purchased a new copier unit and we wanted to share our delivery and install experience. The entire process from initial inquiry through delivery and install was excellent. Our sales rep Chris was informative and responsive. The Commonwealth team between Kevin the installer and the two delivery men ( I apologize I didn't catch their names) were wonderful . Not only were they polite but they made our transition go so smoothly. Our office really appreciated all that they did while they were here. Kevin in particular was wonderful in showing our guys how to use the machine, coordinating the setup, and explaining the features of the machine. My company was being gauged by another office solution vendor. When I contacted Commonwealth they responded and addressed my needs and corporate requirements without sales pressure of any sort to include which solution I should select. The responsiveness that my company experienced was beyond reproach in fact they made the transition and return of our old and previous vendor equipment seamless. This by far became the easiest contract transition. The responsiveness of Commonwealth technical staff during a couple of instances where machine required adjustments for our two occasions responded to on the same day. Since then the machines have worked flawlessly without issues. Lastly, their prices are very competitive and in our case lower than what we were paying with the other vendor. Our company has worked with Commonwealth since before my arrival, but I also chose them when our main office copier's contract was up and we took bids on replacement options. Their pricing is competitive and our sales rep has done very well with communicating clearly and honestly and making it plain he wanted our business without being overbearing or pushy about it. The few times we needed service on our old unit the techs were prompt and great to work with, and the install tech on our current unit was great.
