I've driven by this place 4 times, and realized today I need to try it. This is seriously the best bbq I've ever had, and I was just in GA at a 100 year old BBQ joint. The staff was awesome, super fast service, sandwich was 2 meals, collard greens were top notch, and the sauces were impeccable.

Disappointment- displeasure caused by the nonfulfillment of one's hope or expectations I will now use the word in a sentence: I was disappointed by the Commonwealth BBQ experience. The food was bland. I had the pulled pork sandwich and I wasn't wowed. I wasn't even slightly interested enough to want to try more things here. The blue cheese was ok- could be better. The coleslaw was not good. Not creamy at all, dry. The cornbread was ok.

Good food, the 2 meat platter is a lot of food so we could probably split it. As it stands we will enjoy it leftover tomorrow as well. I have had a lot of really good BBQ including in Texas, so I am giving 3 stars - its good.

Does this place use a flat grill to cook their hot sandwich meats?

No Omar, we're a BBQ restaurant, all of our meats are smoked.

Are they permanently closed?

Hi Isabella, we're open six days a week(closed Mondays) and have been so, uninterrupted for the last 10 years. Feel free to stop by.

Yes, it really is gator, and they are bite sized! (Tenderloin in the description had me thinking they were larger) Now, since I've not had gator before, I really have nothing to compare to. Still, the dish seemed to be cooked quite nicely. The breading added a nice crunch, but these being slightly larger than popcorn chicken, they had a little more breading than I would have liked. Also nicely seasoned! Personally I could have used a touch less salt, but I know this is due to heightened sensitivity on my part. The kicking bayou sauce was pleasant, but didn't offer enough kick for me. It was creamy and savory, and did offer a nice dimension to the dish. They also have hot sauces on the side if you are looking to add that kick! I can't really comment on the price, since events like July 4th usually result in higher prices. The service was fairly quick, especially for something that came out fresh! I'd be happy to give this truck another try, only I don't see myself going down for o Rhode Island for it... yet

We decided to try their bison cheese burger ($11) and an added side of fries ($2). I judge my burgers by the amount of grease and cheese. This one was not lacking in either. It was so tasty, a bit messy but amazing non the less. Did I mention that the burgers are served on a Calise roll, so soft and fluffy. It also had crunchy bacon and the side of fries were perfectly crisp. I also am a fan of sriracha so it's always a plus when it is offered at a food truck or restaurant. The woman working was super friendly, fast and efficient.

There are tables (self seating), sauces/condiments station, self serve fountain drinks, and flat screen TVs in the dining area. The gameday menu offers several appetizers, salads, BBQ smoked meats (pulled pork, pulled chicken, brisket, baby back ribs) sandwiches & platters, grilled cheese sandwich, and burgers. I ordered the Pulled Pork Platter ($17 plus tax) which includes choice of two sides and cornbread. The food was hot and ready at the pickup counter in under 5 minutes. The portion of food was generous with a big mound of tender smoked pulled pork, cheesy Mac & cheese, and a creamy potato salad with hard boiled egg pieces in the mix. The cornbread was crumbly and not too sweet. I dispensed some St. Louis and House BBQ sauces (sweet & smoky) and they also have a spicy BBQ sauce too. Overall, this is a good place to stop for BBQ before or after the game and concerts.

A local, I've eaten there three times and it's consistently good, with friendly staff. It's good for takeout or sitdown in a no-frills dining room. Patriot Place is a weird location - because of the football games and concerts that bring in lots of one-time eaters, restaurants there don't really have to try, and most just... don't try. So many food places sound good, with wonderful menus, but turn out to be deeply meh or outright inedible. It's been a nice change that Axel & Byrne is actually good food, every time. I really like their burnt ends platter, and the homemade vinegary Carolina sauce. I ended up stealing fries from my friend's plate and dipping them in the Carolina sauce, and mmmmmmm. So good.

Disappointed in their menu a bit as it's mostly catered to the demographic in the area but understandable. The pho options are not enticing but decent banh mi options. Originally wanted to try cold cut but the steak sounded good. It was a decent size for 1 per and good amount of steak. I definitely enjoyed it. Got a side of spring rolls as well and while I enjoyed it.. it didn't hit the spot. Couldn't really taste the pork belly or even see the pork belly and only 1 shrimp :( very skimpy on the protein and was mostly lettuce Overall.. it's good for Foxboro but it's definitely pricey. In general $9-$13 for banh mi is insane. Do I think it's worth the price? Probably not. Will I come back? If I forget lunch one day and wanted some banh mi

I sat at the bar and only ordered an entre. It was a handheld chicken sandwich and was delicious, I ate it all even though it was very filling. The bar tender was super kind and attentive to me. I even got a discount for being a Wrentham Outlets employee which I didn't even realize was a thing. The entire restaurant was full and pretty loud. During peak meal times it definitely gets packed so I definitely recommend calling ahead or planning on waiting for a bit. Luckily it was just me so I could snag a bar seat. The full bellied clams are incredible and their homemade bear batter on shrimp is one of the best I've had. I highly recommend their Saloon style calamari, it's incredible. The restaurant itself is spacious and I loved their photos on Lebanon. Our waitress was accommodating and took great care of us. Their menu is expansive and eventually I settled on the viral wrap and my partner had the Habibi wrap. Our food came out quickly and was served piping hot. I loved the flavors of my wrap and the portion of lamb was generous along with seeming to be high quality. My significant other enjoyed his wrap as well and it definitely was large and came with French fries. I'm giving four stars because I felt the execution of my dish was a little off. The wrap was cut into three pieces and had dollops of toum on top. It would have been much easier to eat if the toum was on side in a bowl for dipping. Being cut in to three pieces meant that a lot of the ingredients would fall out when I took a bite leading to a huge mess. The fries while nice and crispy were also pretty salty. Finally, the prices are a little steep. I know the food tastes high quality but almost $60 for two drinks and two wraps was a hefty penny. I would definitely come back to Habibi's, but instead of what I ordered today I'd try their plates.
