Love it here! I come here probably once a month to meet a friend for coffee and girl talk. It's a super cute space and the coffee is fantastic. It gets busy in the mornings, especially on weekends after 10am. I recommend the banana bread and iced coconut mocha. read more

Amazing place! Great service. Even better food & best chai tea I've ever had! The guy who took our order was humble & hilarious. read more

Common Grounds - Chai Latte - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Lake Worth, Florida

Great smooth cup of regular coffee. Excellent ultimate breakfast sandwich. Nice atmosphere and community

This seems to be a light foil for a coffee shop church. Attending a coffee shop church myself once upon a time, that isn't too disturbing to me. I have to say these were hipster Christians too if that was the case, because they didn't give off a holier than thou attitude, and everyone in the coffee shop looked very cool. The girl in line in front of me appeared to have a tattoo spelling Christian on her back. Most importantly they made a good cup of coffee. I also liked the area and wouldn't mind visiting it or the area again sometime when I am in the area. read more

Fun and positive open mic night along with yummy coffee! We had tickets to a show or we would've stayed for the whole show

LOVE THIS PLACE the best drinks when you walk in it feels like home and getting to know all my favorite lake worth locals is my favor spot to go and be apart of the community read more

Common Grounds - Crazy awesome Capps and so beautiful - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Lake Worth, Florida

The lady who waited on my husband was extremely rude. It was very evident that she did not enjoy her job. Experience is a huge part of whether or not a place is enjoyable. I do not favor spending my money at any place that doesn't provide good customer service. I would not go back after the terrible treatment from this individual. read more

Common Ground Coffee Bar is an oasis for coffee lovers. They use Rabbit Coffee which is locally roasted and quite delicious. The price is worth every penny for a cup of French Pressed coffee. The espresso bar is not automatic, a plus for me as it's always nice to watch the barista pull shots without just pressing a button! The vibe is nice and the atmosphere is inviting with free wifi. The great thing is you can also get breakfast, lunch or a snack! I highly recommend a visit. read more

Common Grounds - Sweet spot to sip and work. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Lake Worth, Florida

Sweet people, decent atmosphere but Folgers is better than this. They serve an arabica espresso and don't seem to know any better. I always try to find the best but this place left me wanting. The espresso was worse than anything I could have had at Starbucks and that's pretty bad. Hopefully they can model subculture coffee more and they could be a lot busier. read more

Girl at the register was rude. Simply asked a question as I haven't been to this business before. Merely looking for inside recommendations of what to drink. Really didn't need the eye rolling or rude demeanor or tone. I will not return to this location again. If I do, it will be to utilize the WiFi. I don't need to feel inferior when all I wanted was a drink recommendation. I've been told that mom and pop shops have better customer service, this isn't necessarily true. At least I suppose. Back to the big box companies, where they smile and at least remember my name... read more

Common Grounds - I call this the coffee-rita - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Lake Worth, Florida

Great networking every Tuesday morning at 8:15 a.m. with local business owners. Awesome open mic and performance nights. Associated with Lake Worth spiritual community. Everyone is friendly. Coffee and tea are natural and organic. Home made cakes and nibbles are amazing. Vegan muffins and brownies rock! read more

A happy accident brought me here and I am so glad! This place is adorable, right off the Ave in downtown LW. Very eclectic surroundings, clean and the staff is very friendly. I ordered an cold brew coffee and breakfast sanwhich. The decor has that haphazard look but you know someone spent a lot of time placing each painting, African drum, piano and signs. A must visit! read more

This is an interesting place, the coffee is good and the chairs and comfy, and the crowds are always interesting. When you walk into this coffee shop you feel like you have left Southern Florida. There is a mix of young and old who frequent the shop, you can find people reading the bible, studying for an exam or socializing. The food options are limited but everything is tasty. Sometimes the crowd can get a little too weird but it is always an experience! read more

I'm a fan - they'll make iced green tea, just ask. Their cold-brewed iced coffee from Rabbit Coffee is excellent. They serve sandwiches, too - my fave is bacon/egg/cheddar on a croissant. Bathroom is clean, seating is plentiful, free wifi. Good, positive atmosphere. Less one star b/c service can be a bit slow. read more

Common Grounds is a wonderful coffee shop to be in. I walked in, and immediately the staff welcomed me. The coffee smell caught my attention right away, and I enjoyed passing the rustic piano and leather couches as I walked to the front counter where a staff member Jeremiah introduced himself to me. He made me a remarkable café con leche. The stay was great and I plan on coming back. It's always great to find a local gem in the community, and if you plan on building relationships, this is the place to be. read more

Good coffee, cute place, friendly staff and quick service. I got an iced coffee and thought it was a little weak for my liking but I'd go back. Great place for a morning meeting. Their treat and bagel selection looked a little lacking but I didn't have any of it so that's all I can say but they did have almond milk which is a huge plus in my book. read more

I'm always up early and I always need a good cup of coffee in the morning. I figured I would check out Common Grounds, due to its proximity to where I live and based on the excellent reviews. I arrived there shortly before 8 am and I immediately loved the atmosphere and the vibe inside. It felt very much like a coffee shop in the PNW region. Some would say that it has a hipster vibe, which is fine by me as I love places like that! I ordered a mocha latte and a breakfast sandwich. My latte was ready in just a couple of minutes and my breakfast sandwich took a few extra minutes, which was okay as I was in no rush. I sat down at the comfortable couch with my mocha latte and I was amazed at how good it was! The sandwich was also excellent! I hung out there for a little while, maybe 30-45 minutes or so as people started to trickle in. I will definitely be back here to try some other coffee drinks and to relax in the awesome atmosphere this place has! read more

Common Grounds is very unassuming from the street, but when my boyfriend and I walked in, I turned to him and said "I'd like to live here please." I ordered a latte and a pumpkin muffin. The latte was made very well (though it should be noted that I'm not picky when it comes to coffee. If it has caffeine, I'll drink it) and the pumpkin muffin was super tasty. Plus, I got to enjoy them while sitting on a leather couch and marveling at quirky décor. A wannabe hippie's happy place. read more

I really enjoyed coming here with my best friend. The environment is relaxing and beautiful. The coffee is pretty good, but i have yet to try their desserts/meals. I definitely will next time! They also have a piano where everyone has written their own little messages, and markers on top if you'd like to add your own message! read more

Common Grounds - Very cute heart on our coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Lake Worth, Florida

The coffee is pretty good and the store is pretty nice but the patronage is super creepy retarded homeless and the boss is a fake pastor trying to skip on taxes by claiming church status. read more

I found this coffee shop by yelping it and its even better than I expected. The coffee is made from the best beans. Common Grounds - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Lake Worth, Florida

Ok so at first I wasn't so sure about this place. Its very low key, so don't expect City Place or chain coffeehouse decor. Now to the food/coffee. I got their egg and ham breakfast sandwich on a croissant. It was delicious though it took a bit because it is made to order. Which I guess is why I could actually recognize the egg. The one sore spot was their chai tea latte, not spectacular, though the owner apologized saying maybe it wasn't made right. I could of given up but their wifi is great and I had work to do. In comes the 5 stars. The latte!!! The heavenly latte I had. It was phenomenal. I mean my eyes opened up and I was instantly at attention. Perfect latte. It was so good I can forgive the chai tea. I mean I'm a Starbucks card member, so I like coffee, but it was better by far than their latte. Seriously try it. read more

This is the biggest chai latte I've ever had! Relaxing atmosphere. Quiet, good space to sit & read, write or just be with others. Love that they have several alternative milks to choose from. Not sure if they offer Fair Trade coffee. The barista seemed unsure of what I was talking about when I asked. Definitely would have given 5 stars if they offered Fair Trade & were openly advertising that and the importance of these kind of products. read more

Their Iced Chai Tea Lattes are the best I've ever had in my life. My friends say their coffee is some if the best as well! Unfortunately their customer service is terrible. Genuinely sweet service! They make a delicious latte. The cafe has a great vibe to it and is a pretty convenient location in downtown lake worth. The barista told us about the many weekly events and happenings that they host-seems to be a pretty popular spot! I'll definitely be back. read more

Fantastic experience. The coffees we selected were perfectly prepared. Likewise, the breakfast selections were delicious and satisfying. My wife was thrilled to have the gluten free bread option. The "space" is eclectic, inviting and welcoming. The books, board games and checker board table draws you deep into the experience. BTW...the staff was attentive, polite and efficient. A must try! read more

It's like having coffee at Grandma's, in the best way possible. They have board games, a couch, such a homey vibe. The food is pretty good, I will say that the coffee is not my favorite because I prefer cold coffee drinks. The service was kind of slow for it being so empty. There were little flyers about some youth group service which is nice that they care about the youth in our community. Overall, it was a little better than okay experience and I would definitely go again. read more

This is a very laid back, local coffee place! When we came in, one guy was working the counter, not too much going on save the teacher grading papers in the back table. The cold brew and iced vanilla lattes were on point and I loved the decor. read more

We came here and got a macchiatto and a cold brew. The cold brew tasted fine though it tasted slightly watered down. The coffee had an unique fruity taste and didn't taste burnt. The macchiatto was good and came with a lot of foam. The lady behind the counter was nice and got us our drinks fast (though at the time there was only a couple of us there). The space inside also looked nice for lounging. No outside seating though. read more

I love this coffee place and would choose it over a Starbuck any day. Some people say it has a religious feel since they have service on Sundays. I am not a religious person at all and have never had issues. Once or twice there are people talking about the bible while have coffee. That is their choice. They do not preach to me. The staff is VERY nice. I am allowed to bring my dog. I really like the furniture. Very coozy place. read more
