My wife ordered a salted caramel latte, which was good. They're still ironing out how much syrup to put in each coffee, so it wasn't the best coffee, but it was not the worst. I ordered an ice salted caramel latte, and the boy helping me let me taste the premade espresso that they had in the fridge to see if it was strong enough. I definitely appreciated that. The coffee was good, but I don't normally enjoy coffee. That's been sort in the refrigerator. I definitely understand why they're doing it, though, as it speeds up the amount of time to make someone a coffee. Mine wasn't sweet enough and he was happy to add more for me, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I think this place is going to be really good after they work out the kinks.

The employee was very nice and quick in making the drinks. Overall, was a cute little place but nothing too crazy.

The barista/manager Courtney took us on an unexpected guided tour of the hotel. This was customer service at it's best. Did not even have to think twice about giving this café a strong five stars.

We tried two of the croissants (raspberry and vanilla cream & the pistachio cream) along with iced coffees (iced cappuccino along with their special of the day- dark chocolate raspberry), and also grabbed sandwiches (Vegetarian and the Farmer). The outdoor seating is adorable and gives it such a charming little French café feel. To order you go inside at the counter, grab a number and they bring your order to you. Outside there is a self serve station of silverware, napkins and cold water. Definitely a great spot to grab a coffee, pastry or bite to eat. We'll absolutely be back because there are way too many things in that pastry case we still need to try!

The fish tacos were just alright--nothing bad, but nothing memorable either. The lobster roll had good flavor but was served cold, which was a bit disappointing since I was expecting it warm. Surprisingly, the french fries were the standout: crispy, perfectly seasoned, and honestly the best part of the meal. Service was pretty slow. It wasn't terribly crowded, but we waited quite a while to place our order and even longer to get our food. For the price, I expected a bit more. Not a bad spot if you're already on the beach and don't mind waiting a bit. But for the cost, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

The menu is not large for American classics but they do have a sushi bar and you can order off that menu as well. We brought our infant and they were super accommodating for him and brought out a high chair that looked as if it had never been used. We got a watermelon salad, half chicken and burger (only on the lunch menu but they will make it at dinner if you ask). The salad was more than enough for 2 people to split with plenty of watermelon, avocado and goat cheese. The half chicken was well seasoned and not over cooked. Veggies and puree were tasty but definitely had more butter than I would have used at home. Burger was done appropriately and my husband liked that he could get mashed potatoes with it instead of fries. After dinner they let us keep our stuff at the table while my husband took a swim in the ocean. Just a great atmosphere and location. We started off by ordering some pastries to bring home to the family, including the carrot cake croissant, lavender cardamom bun, almond cookie, and bacon chocolate chip cookie. My favorite is definitely the carrot cake croissant. It's so good and has the perfect amount of sweetness. I also ordered an orange blossom latte with regular milk. I love all of the different specials they have, and there's always something new and exciting to try. We ordered two entrees to split, starting with the daily special salad. It came with arugula, tomatoes, quinoa, watermelon radish, ricotta salata, pickled cauliflower, and a citrus vinaigrette. OMG, the salad was everything I needed and more! The dressing was so good, and every ingredient worked perfectly together. However, my favorite part of the salad was definitely the pickled cauliflower... YUM! We also ordered one of our classic favorites from Aioli, the turkey & Brie. It comes on walnut sourdough with turkey, Brie, arugula, and cranberry aioli. We always ask for extra aioli on the side because it's so good. The sandwich is definitely enough for two people to share since it comes as two mini sandwiches, both toasted to perfection. We got the black bean orzo as our side, which was good, but definitely wasn't the highlight compared to everything else we ordered. Overall, Aioli continues to be one of our favorite spots in West Palm Beach. Everything is consistently delicious, and the menu always gives us something new to look forward to. See you soon aioli!
