stopped by Common Grounds this morning with my dog, and I was honestly so impressed by how welcoming they were. They are extremely dog-friendly, both inside and outside, which is such a nice find! They even have a bookcase with games you can play, and they offer whipped cream treats for the dogs. My dog was definitely a fan! The whole atmosphere is super friendly, relaxed, and casual. You can tell they genuinely enjoy having people (and their pups!) there. The coffee was great, the vibe was awesome, and we felt completely comfortable hanging out for a while. Definitely adding this to our list of favorite spots in Lake Worth. We'll absolutely be back! read more

First coffee shop I'm visiting since moving to Florida that's not a CHAIN one haha. Cute place, good decorations and clean tables. Surprisingly not that busy this chill Saturday late afternoon! All the food I got (pictured) was delicious and the white chocolate breve (my usual go to) was the perfect melody of sweet + bitter Was recommended this place from another business and I shall definitely be back! read more

Came here for a little afternoon pick me up. I ordered an iced chai latte that was pretty yummy! A little on the sweeter side but overall good. My friend ordered an iced latte that was also good. This place is great for getting some work done, offering plenty of seating areas, outlets, and a chill space. It's not too noisy but also not super quiet. I really enjoyed the ambiance it offers. Drinks are good, service is easy and efficient. My favorite part is that they have so many different board games encouraging people to sit and mingle. Great spot! read more

Amazing amazing! I have been to other locations for common grounds and the latte here stands out. My husband ran in to grab our lattes so I didn't get to see it inside but I would assume it is nice like the other locations. We got a caramel oat latte with cold foam. YUMMY! I was headed back up to WPB from FtL and needed somewhere I could work and grab a bite, and this was the perfect gem to find. There wasn't anything special about the food; it was something to eat. The Matcha Matter however was delicious. Exactly what I was looking for in an iced matcha latte. The spot itself is unique and chill, and had plenty of people with the same idea as me; working and hanging on laptops and for that reason it was exactly the place that I expected and needed. When expectations and presentation meet reality, I usually give the 5. read more

Always a place to relax or quietly work. It's like Home Depot, you just don't get a coffee. The warmed banana bread is a must.

Relaxing place, close to home . In mid- late afternoon though the sun pours in the west window.

This is definitely a very nice little coffee cafe. Very nice ambiance where people relax doing work or hanging out. The staff are polite and lovely. My matcha was delicious read more

I've always heard about this coffee place and didn't realize it was tucked away inside the storefront sides. Downtown lake worth is limited to street parking a so when you find it grab it! Plenty of shops to try out and visit. Loved the performance vibe showing they gave open mic and reading corner for those wanting to craft at their art . Super excited to try out their summer mix drink and my bro says their Ron Swanson sandwich is hands down incredible! Nice and friendly service and their team is quick to getting your needs set to go. This place is excellent. I'm not a coffee drinker, but the desserts keep me coming back -- the brownie is my favorite, always rich and satisfying. The "Ron Swanson" breakfast sandwich is hearty and made right. It's a small shop, so it's best for coming alone or with a couple of people. There's seating where you can sit, eat, and enjoy the atmosphere. I come here often because it's that good. read more

I have had two memorable matchas. One was a homemade lavender matcha by a friend and the other was the Matcha Matter at Common Grounds. Phenomenal! I cannot speak for anything else other than their matcha which I went two days in a row to enjoy. It's an eclectic cozy little spot with plenty of books and games to enjoy if preferred. They have some food items but I opted for a warm bagel with cream cheese and that seemed to hit the spot for me. I would definitely return if I am in the area again, read more

I love Common Grounds, I have one across the street from work that I frequent often and thought it was the only one til I saw this one! A windy and chilly Monday night in Lake Worth had us in the mood for a hot tea so we popped in for a quick cuppa. And then... things went downhill. With only one patron, you'd have thought maybe we rated a "Hello." or even a "Be with you in a minute.", but nope... after looking up at us silently the Barista went back to washing out whatever it was she was doing. We stood there for a moment asking one another out loud if we had time for her to make us tea, before deciding we obviously didn't and moving on. Might be best to skip this location if you have somewhere else to be... read more

Nice vibe inside the building - Tall ceilings, smelled great, good music. Didn't try any food, but got an iced coconut latte which was tasty. They had decaf espresso so I was happy! Hubs got an iced coffee and drank it all so I assume he liked it. Service was nice and quick. read more

I used to come here frequently until my last visit. I asked the red head lady that was working behind the counter about a specialty drink size, and she said it's on the paper. I said no it's not, she looked and even though she was wrong she was still rude about it. If you're having a bad day, that's fine but don't be rude to customers. I won't be back read more

I was looking for a place to work from home at a café when visiting my family in Florida and I was recommended this café The ambience is really welcoming and warm. I love the decor and food and drink options. The cashier was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu options which I appreciated. I ordered the lavender lemonade and sausage, egg and cheese croissant. The lemonade was super unique because it had pieces of lavender on top And was caffeinated the music in the café wasn't too loud which I appreciated and the vibes of the café laid-back. Most people stayed for a bit and left. They were a few people who were working/studying. I look forward to trying out their other locations read more

My local coffee spot so I'll have some bias here, but I'm very fortunate it's so close. Excellent coffee with some really great quality beans you can purchase ground or whole. They also offer some really nice bites, I'm a sucker for their locally sourced cinnamon roll... the ownership team, and their staff, are also great. I came here with my boyfriend for coffee on a Monday morning. The inside of the cafe is spacious and when we went, it wasn't that busy. Lovely location, yummy coffee, & good vibes! one of our fav weekend spots before hitting the beach!

My daughter invited me to this heavenly coffee house today and boy was I surprised!!! I was skeptical to go in. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised! When I walked through the door I was like wow!!! This place is a hidden gem. I ordered a sunshine iced tea, and itwas delicious!!! I also ordered a bagel with eggs and cheese and a cinnamon bun. My daughter ordered a black iced tea and then I also ordered a coffee with lavender and half-and-half. We stayed here for about two hours. It was so tranquil. The baristas were so nice. The food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful. Everybody inside was so kind and sweet this is my new favorite spot to go!!! I can't believe I haven't been here sooner. This place blows Starbucks out of the water and the prices are so cheap. It's amazing. You can go here with your grandchildren and play games or read a book or just bring your laptop and do some work nobody bothers you. Five stars all the way. read more

I remember having coffee here a few time a few years ago and didn't remember if I liked it or not. And now I have returned to Lake Worth for the first time since around 2018 for the Street Painting Festival. It was really hot and we really needed a drink and a bathroom. Walking is was really big and I liked the style. We walked up to the counter near the bathrooms and they literally made a blockade to the bathroom saying it can't be used ---- not even for customers Luckily a neighboring sports bar owner let me use theirs. We still got our iced coffees and yes, they were delicious. read more

I absolutely adore this coffee shop. I usually come here about once a month since it's a bit far from my home. But my beautician is located near by so whenever I get services done from her, I drop here right after. Employees are so nice and super friendly. I don't like coffee shops where the employees think they are going you a favor by making coffee for you and if you ask questions they roll their eyes. Yes places like that do exist. Anyways, back to this updated review. Needed to change my review to 5 stars, since I just enjoy this place so much. Today had a iced lavender latte, didn't disappoint. Had a brownie to go since their bakery items are good as well. Love the piano and calming aesthetics of this place. A must to try if u like coffee / tea/ bakery goods. ~ read more

This is a small place located just slightly off the beaten path. It is very low key with indoor and outdoor seating. They offer a small amount of snacks, mainly vegan. The interior is very eclectic with some soft music playing in the background. The barista did a very nice job preparing my latte. The drink was at a perfect temperature and the milk was expertly textured and resulted in some nice latte art. The drink was smooth and tasty! They do roast their own beans so you can take some home which is a nice option. Overall, a very nice, low key spot for some great coffee. Definitely recommended! read more

Common Grounds - Cold brew with Pumpkin spice cold foam - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Lake Worth, Florida

My friend was suffering from serious caffeine withdrawal, and I suspect that Lake Worth bans chains in its downtown area because we couldn't find a Starbucks or Dunkin Donut. Then we somehow spotted a banner with the word COFFEE waving in the street. What a lovely serendipity! The Common Grounds has some seriously uncommon grounds! Our latte is good, strong, smooth without bitter finish. I wish I had ordered a larger size. They are a roastery so they sell their beans as well. They also have a very huge Little Free Library shelf with lots of books, a stack of board games, and a stage for performers. There was a guy who juggled while singing when we were there. Totally could be a place that you can sit and stay for hours. Kind of envious of Lake Worthers who have this kind of coffee house in their community. read more

I've eaten here 3 out of 4 days of my vacation and it is fantastic. Coffee is solid; I've had the cold brew, iced mocha, and iced miel (my favorite) but you can't go wrong.
