I was given a great quote for my move in today. I guess you could say I was blessed because my storage facility was less than a minute from my new home. I had a few things in storage and it took them a total of one half hour to load up the truck. I have a big queen size bed with pillow top mattresses, washer and dryer, dinette set and a few other items. I was even helping out when they got to my apartment. As they unloaded, I cleaned off the items. They asked if they could set up the bed and dinette set for me and they did.....QUICKLY!!! They got my stuff unloaded and set up within the two hour frame. I think it was less than two hours but it was fast. They didn't mess up anything, damage or put damage to walls or ceilings. Everything was handled with care. If you want a moving company that's good with your budget, PLEASE CALL THEM!!! I definitely recommend them now and in the future!!! I loved my movers Lamar and Scott. They were fun, smiling and never complained. Very professional and personable!!!!

When I recommend a company to another person I would hope they would continue with the great…read moreservice and experience I had but you find that that are not that way with all and harass customers who were charged for services the movers were unable and cannot complete due to lack of knowledge. One simply cannot put furniture together and leave a pile of nuts and bolts left over. That makes my suggestion null and void. Do better and provide great service and fair pricing for all.

Furniture that should have been properly padded was left inadequately protected, resulting in deep scuffs, gouges, scratches, and other damage. We have thousands of dollars in damaged property, including furniture, electronics, and baby items. The most frustrating part is that the owner admitted the packing job was unacceptable. His exact response was: "Yes this is horrible. That was a half a** job." He then asked what remedy I had in mind. I explained that many items would need to be replaced, listed the damaged pieces, and asked him to propose a fair compensation amount. Since then? Silence. We spent $1.5k for them to pack and load. I've followed up multiple times over the past two weeks and have been completely ignored. When I called from other numbers, the owner straight hung up on me. Mistakes can happen in any business. What separates a reputable company from a bad one is how they handle those mistakes. A company that acknowledges a "half a** job" and then ghosts the customer instead of making it right is not one I can recommend. If you value your furniture and personal belongings, I would strongly suggest hiring a different moving company. I would never trust them with another move. I have photos documenting the damage, screenshots of our conversations, and the owner's admission that the packing was unacceptable. A glitch in the scheduling system placed two brand new movers (hired a week before) together on the same job without an experienced person to guide them. I am completely satisfied with how the situation was handled and appreciate their quick action to find a resolution to an exhaustingly arduous day moving. The way the company handled the situation once they learned of our experience speaks volumes and has restored my faith that this, hopefully, was just a once-off unfortunate day. After scheduling helpers to arrive at 8a we had to call the company and the contact person twice to find out why no one had arrived by 830a. A little after 9a two guys show up looking like they had just rolled out of bed. One was even wearing slide sandals! With no real idea of loading strategy and no actual strength or moving technique, my husband did the majority of the loading and directing. While moving a mattress, the guys just let it drop against the door and then continued to push and pull the mattress against the door putting a hole in the brand new door frame. The "movers" were overheard, while they were on their phones much of the time, talking about being hung over and going to bed at 4am. They also ordered pizza while on the job and while my husband loaded stuff on his own, they ate. It took over an hour to move 2 mattresses, a couch, 4 kitchen chairs, 4 ikea end tables and a small sofa table and we were only moving 3 miles down the road! Needless to say we still had a washer/dryer, desk, and small storage unit of boxes to move. What should have taken 2hrs with 3 guys took over 6hrs!!
