We called this company for purpose of having a garage window blind installed. We had no idea what…read moretype of blind would work for the small window. Salesperson who came recommended a blind, we accepted her opinion and signed contract. When the blind was installed, it was not acceptable. The valance was not properly attached; every time the door was shut, the blind was crooked. We reported the workmanship, they came and attempted to correct but we still have an unacceptable valance and the blind slates still are uneven. They offered to correct the problem for an additional fee. This was a small job, we are not concerned about the dollars involved but we do not want to spend additional dollars when the first job was not correct.

I expected a little longer, but it is now May 24th, and we were sent an email that the furniture would be in their depot (I think that is in Virginia) about the 3rd week of June. Anybody ordering furniture from this Worthington location should get somewhat a firm date before purchase. The real kicker is that they had a special promotion on that you could get a zero interest rate with a purchase amount over 5k, and I took that option. I have now made two payments on this account and have yet to receive any furniture!
