Naturally the deck is old and some places are not 100% but it beats spending $10k to re build the whole deck. They took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. I will probably stretch it for a few more years and have it replaced for a trex deck so no maintenance, but I do know who I would call when the time comes.
