It was a hard financial decision for a retiree, but I had it done. Lower denture never fit properly and I returned for adjustment. Less than a month later I had to return again. The dentist, Dr. Musashi, was rude, kept interrupting me when I tried to explain I was in pain and felt like the lower denture was not properly made. I was not allowed to finish a sentence. I had a note for reference, but she dismissed it rudely with, "We do it OUR WAY, not yours." Her bullying and tone escalated to the point of it being elder abuse. I am nearly 90 years old and was being treated like a child. Even at my age I won't allow anyone to roll over me in such a disrectful manner. When she interrupted repeatedly and raised her voice to me, I responded by saying, "I need to talk to you please don't interrupt me." She then said loudly, "GO AHEAD AND TALK!" When I did, she bolted out of room screaming and running "Call the police." I was dumbfounded. I just got up and left. No resolution. Is this the way a doctor is supposed to conduct themselves? I apologize for the length of this review, but it is important for you to see the whole picture. About 6 months ago they had a new set of dentures made for me. That went well and is the reason for my first glowing review. However, in the last two weeks, the bottoms developed a crack that eventually caused them to break in half. I went to the practice and they said they would order a new pair no charge to me. That came in today. While waiting for them to arrive, the top ones started to crack, or as Dr Pittman told me, the veneer is cracking. I asked them to make another set of the tops. I had my previous pair for over twenty years. I take very good care of my belongings. I also now live an hour away from the practice. They went to talk with Dr Chen and rather than speaking for herself, they sent someone (I didn't get her name, but she was dressed in hygienist scrubs) in to tell me they wanted my new set I just got back and they were going to send me a refund. I told them they could not have the bottom set I just got fitted this very day back. Since I couldn't force them to have a new top set made, they said they would refund half my money. It's very difficult dealing with dentures when you can't wear them. I haven't eaten solid food for 8 days and the pain has been tough. On top of it all, I am disabled and everything I do is difficult. Dr Chen should be ashamed of herself. I recommend you not use their service, but do whatever you want. I really have given up caring.

Been dealing with this Denistry for over 6 years. it abruptly came to an end bc of a text message…read more This Denistry recently implemented a text messaging system 2025 that requires a patient to confirm their appointment. if you don't confirm there is no courtesy call no home feeling nothing they will just cancel the appointment even if you been waiting half a year on it. This Denistry didn't warn patients or anything of this change. The first time I knew about it was when I came in for an appointment and i was told it had been canceled even though I was on time 5mins early . This is inconsiderate and selfish to the patient. It shows non appreciation for the patient. Also a big inconvenience to the patient. It literally threw my dental cleanings off. I think this Denistry has lost some elements that originally attracted ppl. COMMON COURTESY & RESPECT. However the Most High is good I managed to find another Denistry that considered the patients more. I get calls reminders and all from them. Nice Denistry just like Hometown use to be . i have to say When Dr Kit Kat left things haven't been the same. This would've never happened on his watch . This was my first time here since moving to Jefferson. They explained some paper work I needed to fill out and got me in first in line. I got X-rays done and then a quick consultation. After we agreed on how we were going to fix my tooth the procedure started immediately. Dr. Amy was very vocal on what was happening and told me she really thought I did well for my first filling. I had chipped my tooth while eating and I thought it was huge and she reassured me it was small. The procedure took all of 10 minutes and I was out! I will be back for my cleaning and checkups.

He does his best to make the experience as pain free as possible through distracting conversation and gentle techniques. I have been to many dentists and can honestly say that he is the only one that I actually didn't dread my next appointment with. Floss (who really uses that, lol.) They're really busy because they are one of only a few dentists in the area that except government healthcare insurance plans like Amerigroup. I think a lot of the negative reviews I read were from Covid times. (Waiting in cars) that was a government requirement. Normally the kids get called back and I can wait in the lobby. Nothing to worry about, this teaches kids to be responsible for their dental care. If there's a problem or consultation needed they'll tell me. Keep doing a great job.
