So, personally this dry cleaner i have supported for almost 5 years, understanding alteration is needed if my clothing is damaged PRIOR the service from my, or other actions. Even so, alteration is not needed but a want. The value is efficient and you're getting what you're paying for. I respect this business and they respect the customers.

Today marks the end of my five-year relationship with Time Cleaners…read more The conclusion began with a phone call on Tuesday afternoon, notifying me that a pair of pants I had dropped off last year had been "magically" found. This was after I had inquired about them three times over the course of the year, only to be repeatedly told they never had my dress pants. Now, a year later, they inform me that the pants are ready for pickup, along with the other items I dropped off just a week ago. I expected to be greeted with empathy, an apology for their mistake, and perhaps even a gesture of goodwill by waiving the charge for the pants they had misplaced and insisted they never had. Instead, when I entered the business, there was no friendly greeting, which was disappointing but unsurprising given the employees' strictly business-like approach. I mentioned the call about the pants they accused me of not dropping off, only to suddenly find them after my third inquiry. I then asked if I still needed to pay, considering they had temporarily lost the item. It's just $3 we're talking about, but good customer service would have included an apology and accountability for their mistake. Instead, the young man behind the counter simply stated, "You still have to pay for it." So, I did--but at least acknowledge the error. If you're looking for good customer service, you won't find it here. And based on some reviews, their quality doesn't back up their "business-like mindset" either. With so many other dry cleaning services available, there's no need to bother with this place.

Saves me all the time, as long as I drop it off before 9 AM. But sometimes they let me slide if they can. I only write reviews on here when I mean it. I have never had a problem here for the past few years. But I have noticed one or two customers getting rusty, yet it's only the customers fault. HOW DO YOU EXPECT ANYONE TO WASH DIRTY STAINS YOU CREATED OFF YOUR SHIRT THAT HAS BEEN ON THERE FOR 31564313247 YEARS?! Of course I am exaggerating, but that explains how some customers are rude to the workers here. If some customers were educated (with some science and logic in their head), they would understand that some things can't be possible. I feel like the Manager does his best. And of course mistakes happen to everyone everywhere, so the store still compensate you even if something went wrong.
