They claim to bury 18 inches but it looked like 4 or 5 inches at best -Unexplained bill increases. Most likely pulling back their covid-era speed increases by charging their customers. -Customer service chat/phone call is the worst I've ever dealt with. Agents need to have the issue repeated multiple times. You're reporting an issue and they say "excellent, I'm glad to hear that and hope you're doing well". Either not understanding or not listening. -Canceling was very painful. Could not be done through chat, had to be done over the phone, was transferred 4 times and kept getting asked to renew. I'm still getting calls and emails to reactivate my service. I also had to pay Fedex to ship my equipment back, I couldn't drop them off at this location. I know most internet/cable companies are poor but WOW is by far the worst I've ever had. Avoid at all costs.

The employee told us that the only promotion we have available was to pay for device protection that was going to be about $40/month for 2 phones at least 6 months otherwise we cannot get the upgrade promotion. While I thought it was weird for them to push insurance on customers, I stated that we would think about it and come back. Luckily, I got home and called Verizon wireless customer service and was told that I get the same promotion without having to purchase insurance at least that was what was showing on my account. So, they tried to sell me something to get commission on yet telling me it was a stipulation in order for me to get that promotion. Anyways their loss I just wanted to warn the people going to this store for anything.

I went here 3 times before I reached someone that acted like they gave a damn about my need to purchase a new phone and they actually had some knowledge about the products they were selling. He was friendly and actually communicated very well. For many of us, purchasing a new phone is stressful and my retail sales rep. this time was able to handle my stress. Each time I like to try a new type of phone so this time I purchased the iPhone X. The process was long, expensive and draining. I was sold things I did not need and in my stressful state I thought I was getting a deal...I was not. Thankfully, I stopped my purchase of $180.00 ear buds! I thought my phone required these wireless earbuds due to the type of phone I was buying. Holy crap, who has the money for $180 ear buds? I was also told I had to buy the $13.00 monthly warranty coverage. I was so exhausted I kept the coverage but have written myself a note to cancel it as soon as possible. Upside, I've had the new iPhone X for one week and I absolutely love it! Upside, my knowledgeable, patient, yet somewhat pushy sales guy did a great job of setting me up before I left the store.

3/14/2021 This…read morefairly new Verizon Service Center is located on Hall Rd. (M-59) in front of Lakeside Mall at the traffic light! I have walked in here a few times before and during COVID-19 for my customer service and cell phone attention. This Verizon "Go To location" is close by and I have stopped in here a few times when I need to replace and install a new Invisible Extreme Impact & Scratch Protection Shield on my Samsung S10e cell phone. The shield is from Zagg, Inc. located in Plainfield, IN. This Verizon is clean, organized. The employees are helpful, polite, and quick to assist Me with my installation request. All the CSR's / technical support employees are highly skilled and friendly. Please note due to COVID-19 a Verizon customer must call their 800 phone number to set up a appointment in advance. They do accept walk-ins now but you will have to wait a while since appointments are recommended for fast efficiency plus one on one personal attention and service! I ordered my new extreme screen protector from Zagg and received it with free shipping in 3 days not the suggested 5-7 days. I talked to a great CSR from Verizon on the west coast in California who was very helpful to offer Me 2 different days and times for my special installation appointment. He also confirmed the information back to Me as well on the phone and within 5 minutes I received a text and email of confirmation. My installation appointment day I chose was 2/24/2021 @ 5:30 pm. This time was perfectly set up for my schedule which was after I finished working. When I arrived on time at this location, I was greeted outside by Jessica a CSR then escorted to sit down at her station. It was set up with precaution health things along with a glass partition for distancing. Jessica completed the task and I was out the door and on my way in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to this Local Verizon store and it's convenient location! *Also a Verizon customer can pay their monthly bill here too. I haven't used the machine inside, since my bill is automatically deducted from my checking account for a $5.00 discount from Verizon too! I highly recommend this Verizon Location if you are a customer! 5 stars! ***** :-)

Review #510 March…read more31, 2025 First, let My total Review here reflect from previous visits and photos when this location opened in April 20. 2021. Then on August 17, 2024 I was quoted updated amounts for triple play package plus a new service package with deleting my home phone. Those two visits were attentive by appointment and my questions answered with reasonable prices. Looking at several other reviews for this location noted 1 or 2 stars. I guess those customers don't have patience and probably walked in without an appointment expecting a 30 minute or less visit. There's also 10-12 employees working here so this location is Not short staffed weekdays or weekends. I agree with Paula M. Yelper who left a nice 5 star review plus I will as well. Recently on March 21, I made an appointment 5 days in advance for a new cell phone and changed my service from AT & T to a better rate and coverage with Xfinity By Comcast Plus again as I do every renewal, Lowered my cable monthly bill. Upon walking in 15 minutes before my appointment time I was greeted by a customer service check-in rep. She checked my name off her list and pointed where I should sit in the area of cell phones till my name was called. I used my stopwatch on my cell phone and after 12 minutes my name was called to start the process. My new Samsung S24 FE had only 3 colors of choice in which I picked sky blue, although its covered up now with a fashion slim case of royal blue. :-) My old carrier AT & T service was cancelled by the customer service rep on the phone promptly while my new and old cell phone were making them transfer. I noticed this location was busy on a Friday but not extremely like on a Saturday. The total time according to my stopwatch for a cell phone purchase, service change and testing my new phone was 52 minutes. I was pleased and felt the time for this whole process went very smooth and effective thanks to a sharp, knowledgeable and helpful guy. I'll have to track down my paperwork and his unique name. This location provides services such as Internet, Television and Security Systems, Security Monitoring and Repairs. Since April & October 2021 visits then My current March 21, 2025.. I tried to find something else online, to no avail. So, I went to the store. They took my name and the reason I was there when I walked in. I waited all of about 45 seconds before someone (I think his name was Rich or Rick) helped me. He looked at my account and saw that 1) yes, it went up and 2) they no longer have that plan. BUT, he found another plan with a higher gig speed and it was $10 cheaper! Plus, he said if I change my autopay from a credit card to automatic bank withdrawl, it will go down another couple of dollars. So, while I wish 1) we had the free broadband for all that they were planning years ago and/or 2) actual competition and availability of internet providers, my experience at the Xfinity office was pretty good.
