In less than an hour, a team was assembling onsite to begin repairs and before day's end all residents impacted were already back online. While down, the 123.net crew also jumped in to help me connect online a different way temporarily to allow me to meet a work deadline I was on. Extremely friend, hard-working crew who took our outage seriously and got down the business immediately to fix it. By 11:15 AM, I still hadn't been helped despite being on their list for over an hour. This is the second or third Xfinity box I've had that has failed, so it's already been a frustrating day. At 11:20 AM, the support representative finally called me up to the counter. However, as I was walking up, a woman who had just arrived cut in front of me. The employee chose to assist her first, so I had to sit back down and wait even longer. When I was finally seen, swapping out my modem took less than a minute, but the representative who helped me had an unpleasant attitude. This store is in serious need of better management and staff training.
