He was friendly and actually communicated very well. For many of us, purchasing a new phone is stressful and my retail sales rep. this time was able to handle my stress. Each time I like to try a new type of phone so this time I purchased the iPhone X. The process was long, expensive and draining. I was sold things I did not need and in my stressful state I thought I was getting a deal...I was not. Thankfully, I stopped my purchase of $180.00 ear buds! I thought my phone required these wireless earbuds due to the type of phone I was buying. Holy crap, who has the money for $180 ear buds? I was also told I had to buy the $13.00 monthly warranty coverage. I was so exhausted I kept the coverage but have written myself a note to cancel it as soon as possible. Upside, I've had the new iPhone X for one week and I absolutely love it! Upside, my knowledgeable, patient, yet somewhat pushy sales guy did a great job of setting me up before I left the store.

I have walked in here a few times before and during COVID-19 for my customer service and cell phone attention. This Verizon "Go To location" is close by and I have stopped in here a few times when I need to replace and install a new Invisible Extreme Impact & Scratch Protection Shield on my Samsung S10e cell phone. The shield is from Zagg, Inc. located in Plainfield, IN. This Verizon is clean, organized. The employees are helpful, polite, and quick to assist Me with my installation request. All the CSR's / technical support employees are highly skilled and friendly. Please note due to COVID-19 a Verizon customer must call their 800 phone number to set up a appointment in advance. They do accept walk-ins now but you will have to wait a while since appointments are recommended for fast efficiency plus one on one personal attention and service! I ordered my new extreme screen protector from Zagg and received it with free shipping in 3 days not the suggested 5-7 days. I talked to a great CSR from Verizon on the west coast in California who was very helpful to offer Me 2 different days and times for my special installation appointment. He also confirmed the information back to Me as well on the phone and within 5 minutes I received a text and email of confirmation. My installation appointment day I chose was 2/24/2021 @ 5:30 pm. This time was perfectly set up for my schedule which was after I finished working. When I arrived on time at this location, I was greeted outside by Jessica a CSR then escorted to sit down at her station. It was set up with precaution health things along with a glass partition for distancing. Jessica completed the task and I was out the door and on my way in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to this Local Verizon store and it's convenient location! *Also a Verizon customer can pay their monthly bill here too. I haven't used the machine inside, since my bill is automatically deducted from my checking account for a $5.00 discount from Verizon too! I highly recommend this Verizon Location if you are a customer! 5 stars! ***** :-)

The bare minimum of work was done on my unit. And unfortunately I have since learned that I overpaid big time. The cost of my repairs elsewhere comes up at about 50% of what I paid.
