Idk what company they get their syrups from, but it was the me of the worst after tastes I've had for a sugar free syrup lol very chemically. Electric plugs are abundant and the unisex bathroom is small but clean. The space is decorated with large canvas photo prints of coffee beans being harvested. At the drive-thru, they handed me my food and let me know they'd bring the candle out separately. When I got home, I realized they had accidentally given me two candles, one was tucked inside my food bag and another had been brought out separately. I called to let them know because I wanted to pay for the extra candle (I absolutely love their candles and wanted to keep it!). The sweet lady I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and told me not to worry about it, they wanted me to enjoy the second candle on them. That level of customer service is so rare these days. Everyone was friendly, appreciative, and genuinely cared about making the experience a great one. Between the delicious food, fantastic coffee, and outstanding customer service, Marty B's continues to be one of my favorite places. And if you haven't tried their candles yet, you're missing out! I picked up their new Cherry Almond Buttercream scent, and it smells absolutely incredible. Highly recommend!
