I want to say around 25$ per person but my memory is a blur after my wedding :) The tasting was awesome and fun so we picked them to cater and I am so happy we did. Over the next ten months they were on time with emails, text messages, phone calls all of it. They were fun to work with. We had our wedding at my moms house and Dani and Jennine came up 2 or 3 times before the wedding to get a feel for where everything should go, how it will all work. They always had really great ideas. The day of our wedding I really didnt feel like I needed to do a thing. The staff was really professional, and very sweet. Dani and Jennine really did a beautiful job with the table settings, all of it. The compliment I have heard the most from all my guests is "your wedding was so well organized" Which for a bride is such a wonderful thing to hear. A year of planning and their hard work and great communication with our DJ the day of was just perfect. The food was awesome. The CHICKEN.. soooo delish! and Mac and Cheese for the kids was awesome! (Digged into that the day after for my hangover..) mashed potatoes amazing! Their bartender was soo sweet I think we tried to get him to stay and party when he was done.. but he was professional too. We met Ashley through a family connection and had coffee with her months before we knew we'd be connecting again. I instantly felt confident in her from our very first interaction. In the months to follow, we would share texts and emails back and forth, and eventually began Zoom meetings to work out details and wedding timelines. We always left our meetings with more assurance and trust - Ashley thought of everything and had all bases covered. From the first moment I met them for a consultation to the last moment when the lights came on after our last dance at the wedding they were there every step of the way. My husband and I live in Long Beach Ca. and having our wedding in Grass Valley turned out to be a daunting task to execute. So we decided to hire a day of coordinator. We chose Dyane and Jeff for their expertise and experience. Not to mention we clicked right away and I felt completely comfortable in their presence. The overwhelming task of planning a wedding from a fare lessened once my husband and I chose Dyane and Jeff. Let me just say that they go above and beyond what a day of event planner typically handles. They contacted all of our vendors for us multiple times leading up to the wedding insuring everyone was on the same page. They have worked many weddings at the Mines so they are familiar with the rules and regulations that come with having a wedding in a State Park. I brought a lot of DIY stuff and only having 2 hours to set up was daunting task but they handled it to a T. This was because there were multiple e mails and phone calls leading up to the big day. Once again going above and beyond for being a day of event planner! Dyane and Jeff accompanied me on the 30 day walk threw with the park rangers and Dyane was not afraid to be assertive on my behalf with the vision I had for guest once entering the park. Normally the park rangers have the guests enter at a certain location but my vision was to have them enter threw the gardens to get the full experience the park has to offer. One of the Rangers was hesitant to this idea because it had never been done before. Dyane knew this was important to me and was vocal with the ranger and made it happen. Another "issue" was that we had lawn games at the wedding and wanted a place for guest to be able to put their drink and tray passed hourderves while they played their games. The Rangers did not want cocktail tables on the lawn game area which would have made the games difficult to play. Once again they made multiple phone calls to the Rangers on our behalf and needless to say we had cocktail tables on the lawn game area! All of our friends and family said it was the most beautiful wedding that they had ever been to. The venue it self is a great backdrop for an enchanting wedding but the flow and vision of the wedding executed with experts like Dyane and Jeff left it as a magical evening everyone will remember! They kept the night flowing with the behind the scenes details all the while trending to my husband and I to make sure we were taken care of and happy. I can't say thanks enough to these two amazing human beings! They definitely have a great thing going! If you want a stress free magical event where you, friends, and family don't have to lift a finger and just enjoy what should be the best day of your life.........
