I originally was going to drive all the way to the US Pro Golf Store in Dublin. The day I went in I called ahead and schedule a time with Nick Waterworth. I as just "looking" and wasn't really planning on getting clubs that day. Nick stepped me through this incredibly involved process of club fitting. That was the reason I was there. Honestly, when you meet a fantastic quality customer service person in any field, the process is enjoyable. The equipment he used was the same equipment pro golfers use on the PGA Tour. It's called a Trackman Launch Monitor. It's amazing. With his guidance for over an hour, I decided to go ahead and order the clubs and then pay when I came back to get them. I'll put a link to the equipment he used. But having a customer service rep that spends so much time getting me the right set of clubs was just great. I highly recommend Nick if you are considering getting new clubs or perhaps just adding one to your mix. He has been at Haggin Oaks for 17 years.
