I had a great experience with combat iron. I made an order. It didn't ship. I called the number and lady said, I'll ship it now. And boom it came on its way. Shirts are the best. I found my new favorite shirt brand! They have my support. Great customer service and great designs with great quality. I read poor reviews on here and obviously it's from only people who leave bad reviews. I'm sure this company isn't perfect but they sure do seem like they have there stuff together now and I recommend this place. Check these guys out! read more

I placed an order in September for Christmas gifts, but the items did not arrive until mid-December, after the gift exchange these were meant for. I called customer service approximately seven times over three months to get updates and request cancellation. Combat Apparel refused to cancel the order and provided little to no meaningful communication. Extremely poor customer service and unacceptable fulfillment. read more

Be sure to give yourself a two week lead for delivery as package moves by pony express. Despite paying an additional fee for guaranteed delivery and confirming with customer service that there was enough of a lead to receive in time, it did not happen. The event this was needed for has since passed with no longer a use. To charge a restocking fee on top of paying for shipping and return shipping with the non refundable fee of guaranteed service is a poor business model. If there items are something you really want go through Walmart and or Amazon. You might have a better experience. For vets by vets read more

it's been 3 weeks and i still haven't gotten my order. The manage shipping status says it's still in combat iron's warehouse. Comabt Iron needs to remove 3 day shipping if they can not honor this. If a shopper is making a purchase based on speed of delivery then you are misleading the customer and that money needs to be refunded. I hope the one time sale was worth it. Never again. read more

I'm over it. Ordered many different items on separate occasions. Order fulfillment time is ridiculous. I ordered a hat awhile ago and im pretty sure it's for a kid. No way is that hat going on a grown man's head. Didn't even bother returning it. Not worth the hassle. Which is prob the whole idea. Lots of veteran owned businesses out there that deserve to make $$. This one is not one of them. read more

They lie about the fabric. Definitely not 60/40 blend. Its 100% cotton. Plus, it's not athletic fit. For sure boxy style for thicker customers. WILL NOT RECOMMEND read more

absolute trash company, horrible, fucking shipping time, and in customer service. don't recommend ordering anything from them.

I tried modifying my order right after I placed it. Heard nothing back. Messaged on Facebook, Instagram, their owner, and emailed. No response. This company is a scam. read more

The clothes are great but they literally take forever to ship. I live in the same state and made an order on the 6th of Dec... after griping like a total Karen I got an email that said my order would arrive on the 30th... 25 days after I placed my order - an once again we live in the same state with the company and the shirts were in stock... I cannot even. I should have learned the first 2 times.... read more

Husband wanted some items from here for Christmas. Ordered December 1st. Here it is December 16th and the shipper doesn't even have the package yet. They will not respond to my emails either. I have emailed and messaged on Facebook with no response. They also promised 2 free gifts with my purchase due to the Cyber Monday Sale. I was told they would have to ask about it and then they quit responding to that email, too. Horrible business practices! Will never buy here again, even if my husband begs. read more

Would have given zero stars but the T shirt itself was very nice. The graphics faded away to Almost nothing within the first few washes. I finally emailed them about the issue and was advised it's been over 90 days so go pound sand. read more

Not a bad review. Just a request. I love your gear. I wish I had the money to buy all of your products. But specifically I'm a big hat guy. I love all of the designs for your hats, but notice you don't offer flexfit options. Being a bald man, snap backs leave weird tan lines while out in the sun. Can you start offering flex fit options. Thanks for the consideration. read more

I ordered 1 Stay Frosty long sleeve tee and 1 Stay Frosty Hoodie. I only received the long sleeve tee. I am still waiting for the hoodie. I order back in October and it's now mid December. i have emailed and texts and I told they are researching. I've told them I'm still missing and they never shipped the hoodie. I keep getting the run around. worst customer service. I called their customer service phone number and it automatically hangs up. It appears to be a fake number. worst customer service ever!!!! read more

I was very excited to wear this company is apparel but their return policy is trash. I ordered two large t-shirts and I typically wear large and all clothing and I didn't think it'd be a problem. I got their shirts and they were way too small. I tried to exchange them because like I said I was looking forward to wearing their company's apparel and their exchange policy is trash. I've never seen a company have such poor customer service to say hey we'll fix you up and we'll get you something that you can wear to represent our company but they're very much not like that which is kind of silly if you ask me. In hindsight I wish I would have stuck with grunt style or something comparative. They at least work with you and want you to wear their clothing read more

Made a purchase jan 26, order have yet to be received. Its is now March 4. With the tracking still no where near my state/address 100% not recommended for anything. read more

These clowns have a 36 day...yes 36 day processing window for orders. Once you order they try to up charge for special shipping, with sleazy paid marketing involved at the end of the transaction. You will wait and wait and finally get an order that may or may not be correct. This company is a con, likely ran by stolen valor or not affiliated with any military service whatsoever. stay clear!!! read more

I paid for faster delivery, 5 day shipping. The clowns still haven't even filled my order in a week. Definitely a rip off paying for faster delivery. Talk about buddy fuckers!! read more

They definitely would have one star if they didn't sell shit I like. They are terrible about getting stuff shipped out. He takes them over a week to a week and a half just to ship out. A few items that they say are in stock. It will set ready to ship for days before it actually even hits the road. We live only a couple hours away from them but yet it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get some t-shirts and some joggers. Don't understand it read more

I purchased (sept 17th) a lunchbox, patch, tshirt, and fanny pack for my husband's birthday on October 1st. He did not want to keep the lunchbox or patch (patch was for lunchbox) so I started a return online. In my haste i selected the wrong option and marked the items as final sale. I contacted combat iron apparel the same day (Oct. 1) about the mistake and asked for some assistance in returning the items. I have been met with beating around the bush and arguing that the patch is not returnable, as per their return policy linked at the bottom of their home page- despite a 30 day return statement under the patch at time of adding to cart. I have explained specifically that I need a label to return the lunchbox and keep getting told, "let me reach out to my team and see what we need to do". That repeated statement was 2 days ago and I still don't have an answer from them. Highly disappointed with customer service or lack there of. Another customer lost. read more

Spend almost $200 on t-shirts and they were a little too small so I wanted to change them out to the next size up . Customer service is subpar and they didn't really want to help besides providing a link . I've dealt with several other t-shirt companies and they've always been excellent ... try fresh clean tees!!! read more

0 stars. This company is terrible. Weeks to get a response, nobody knows anything and the shirts are trash. Buyer beware!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! read more

Not a reputable company. Certainly not veteran owned, maybe not even American. No identifiable contacts in US, or at least willing to provide their names. Sketchy!! Slow response even for their errors in shipping. Not consistent fit. Maybe made in India? I don't know. Just be warned! read more

Terrible company. Will not respond to emails. If you want a refund after waiting two weeks for your order to process, they will ignore you. Buy from hellbillyco.com if you like this style. read more

don't waste your time terrible customer service not true to size. used my own shipping to return product as they requested for refund or partial refund. One shirt was tried on and way too small. read more

Just like every review here, and on BBB. I ordered 19 days ago. They took my money promptly. But subsequently, no item has even shipped. I've emailed the company now 3 times asking to cancel order, zero response. I figured being a vet I'd support a vet owned company. They should be ashamed. I hope other people read the reviews and steer clear of this mess. read more

I placed my order in time for Christmas delivery according to website. Almost a week later I recieved an email that my order had shipped. This has been beyond a disappointing experience. read more

Ordered two t shirts a hat and a sticker. That order was placed 12/5. The website states 3-5 days processing. I just received a email yesterday 12/17 stating only part of my order shipped, but not what was shipped or what was not shipped. That's not 3-5 days, and I doubt it will be here in time for Christmas at that. What's worse is you can't get ahold of customer service at all! I'd understand if it was coming across the country. But seriously they are in GA and I live in FL. This is ridiculous. I hope the stuff I ordered fits... cause now all I see is horrible reviews on quality of the shirts these guys make. read more

I am a veteran and I love to support veteran owned businesses. I hate to leave a bad review for this company but I have no choice at this point. I have placed 4 orders with this company this year trying to give them a chances. The orders together came to around $500. Every single order has been a problem. This company says they process and ship within 3 to 5 business days. I have never had one ship in under 9 days and I have not received one of my orders in under 3 weeks. I have emailed customer service and you get an auto response back saying they are taking two business days to respond to emails. this time it's been over 6 business days and I have not even received a response form them. My last two orders were made on June 23rd 2025 and July 3rd 2025. its is currently July 9 and I still not have received my order form June 23rd and my order form July 3rd has not even been processed yet. I have not received any email response about my orders and there is no number to call. For all the vets we have so many great veteran owned companies out there to support that provide great customer service and this is not one of them. I will never be making another order with this company and I suggest we support legit veteran owned businesses read more

Outstanding service and communication. I reached out to the company about my order and heard back from them within an hour. I'm shocked at some of the bad reviews here, because my order was flawless start to finish with some special requests I made along the way. love the company, the service and the quality of the items along with their mission and being veteran owned. read more

Shirt designs are good but the quality control is non-existent Every shirt fits different, sizing in all over the place and customer service is terrible. I've placed a few orders and shipping usually takes no less than two weeks, currently I've been waiting about a month for my order. Three attempts to get order updates have gone unanswered. Could be a good company to support but it's just not. read more

Got 3 of the 12 things I bought. I emailed and emailed and reached out on social media. It took a week to hear back. They said to emails costumer service. Which I have been emailing. They told me that over comments on IG. Then other people had the same issue. They said the more you email the harder it is to respond back. So I told them I did email customer service. Which then I was told to keep emailing them. Contraindicated by the whole email thing. In the comments they looked up my order and that I was delivered and I was emailed about it. So I said ok then have the person look up my info tomorrow when they get in and message me back. Just give them my questions and email me. They can look up my email and order and see what happened and where it went wrong. That's when they said they can't do anything and stop responding. read more

The products are great BUT the first time I ordered it took over a month to receive. I thought it was a fluke so I ordered a second time, it's been two months and still no product. I have emailed the company and they were no help with no option to cancel or refund. read more

Good customer service. T shirts are on point. Value is what you pay for! I'll order from them again.

I really liked the shirts. Tight fitting sleeves and loose around the midsection. Its a plus that the prints are just cool as hell. Unfortunately, you only get that fit for 2-3 washes. If you dry using heat (even the lowest heat mode) the sleeves and collar shrink back down to normal, but the rest of the shirt shrinks as well. If you hang dry them, the rest of the shirt doesn't shrink but the sleeves and collars stay slightly stretched. There's really no winning scenario here. Don't get me wrong, I still love my shirts. I just can't wear 2/5 anymore and I've only had them for 2 weeks. read more

Placed an order for 2 shirts 3 weeks ago, before thanksgiving, (it's now 12/9) and they still have not shipped. The order sits as 'confirmed'. I sent them an email asking what the deal was and they sent back some automated garbage message 4 days later saying "due to high order influx, some of the orders may be delayed", well how long is a this 'delay'? When I order from amazon or anywhere else, it's shipped usually within 24hrs and if it isn't, I'm informed from the start. $30 for a t-shirt with some screen printing, forced order insurance, which seems like a scam 'cause if my stuff doesn't arrive as described or at all, I can just file a charge back, not to mention pretty ridiculous shipping costs prices them out of the casual market. I like some of the designs, but this is taking too long, costing too much, for too big of a delay with likely not much to show for it. They have 3 business days to ship my order or I'm placing a charge back. read more

Won't answer emails or calls and won't ship my order that has been paid in full. Don't waste your time ordering, they suck

Ordered an item weeks ago. Their website advises that items will be shipped within 3-5 business days. I have emailed their customer service team 3 times asking for an update with the order and they haven't responded. At this point I'd just like for my order to be canceled and refunded but... they don't communicate. I wouldn't spend your hard earned money here. Plenty of other better options. read more
