Naturally my favorite gifts were those that were personalized with my name. This shop monograms, shirts, hats, ties, cuffs, pillows etc. If you can imagine it they probably can monogram it. When you walk into this shop, you don't just see a bunch of cute items hanging around, you see women at work. It was like a little front room factory with examples of work completed. They also do screen printing which is great for family reunion shirts, athletic t-shirts or commemorative/celebration tees. Monogramming just adds that perfect touch to any garment or appropriate item. Father's Day is just around the corner so monogramming those golf towels or any sports related gear would probably be appreciated. This little shop is located in the Kohl's shopping center.

I love the idea of having items monogrammed and wanted to see what they had to offer and I was rather disappointed. The best way to experience this type of shop is just to purchase something of quality elsewhere and have it monogrammed here. I always think that is great to add a personal monogram to your child's favorite items such as clothing, gymbags, electronic gear covers, and more to make them extra special. Also if they have a unique name like mine, it is also nice to have it monogrammed on certain items. As a child, it was very rare to see my name, (correctly spelled) on anything, but when I did find it, I was elated! This store did have great souvenir t-shirts and gave me some ideas for a specific wedding gift.

When we finally asked a male employee for help, the first thing he asked was, "Are you going to buy something?" We told him we weren't sure yet and just wanted to smell the perfumes first, which is completely normal. He helped us briefly and then walked away without saying anything. Later, a female employee came to help us, and the male employee returned and whispered something to her. After that, they were just looking at us instead of actually assisting us. In the end, we did purchase a perfume that cost $210, and the product itself is great--but the customer service was terrible. Wanting to try a fragrance before buying does not mean we weren't serious customers. The way we were treated made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
