They're still operating under the same name, but they are nothing like it's always been. One of the new owners said they would no longer offer their lifetime warranty. She said they were not going to keep paying for these things. After 30+ years, I walked out for the last time. Such a shame.

Isabel did a fantastic job!…read more My evening gown needed to be hemmed and the straps taken up, both almost entirely made of tulle fabric. I didn't get the dress in until two weeks before the event and I was concerned about the timing. Isabel assured me she could have it done in a week and true to her word it was done the following Thursday. The stitching in the straps is straight and the hem is clean. It looks and feels perfect! Isabel has a wonderful personality and it's apparent she cares about each of her customers. I'd recommend her to anyone in need of alterations.

I would think that some of the low ratings on yelp or Google come from people who think that they know it all or do not want any expert advice from professionals. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

I had a conversation with the owner of the store and he suggested I buy one of Krates otf knives. I'm a machinist and I bought this knife specifically because I thought they were made right down the street by local machinists. The price and quality merits an American made product. There are much higher quality American made products that actually cost less and offer more. As a machinist I would never knowingly pay for a Chinese import.
