I have to admit, I am a big online shopper, so going to the mall is not normal for me. I have to say, over the weekend I decided to head to the mall just to waste some time and I enjoyed myself! The mall has a lot of great stores with tons of selections, especially for shopping online and having the option of pickup in the store. They also have many restaurants where you grab and go to continue your shopping! It was crowded, which is fine because it was a Saturday. Definitely a place to shop for the latest fashions:) Overall I am glad I went. I found some great deals! I am sure I will be headed back in a week or two:) Great stores, pleasant customer service and even a good bit of law enforcement to keep you safe while you're out shopping. So far, I have had a great shopping experience. read more

I have not been to a mall in a while; however, I will say this mall was very clean and well attended. There were many open stores that were nice and clean. There were police who were keeping an eye on everything. It was like being back in 2010. I will say I did not buy much just because everything is overpriced in the mall. I used to love Bath & Body Works, but they don't have the sales they used to have. I can get a candle for way less at Target now that smells the same. So that was a bummer, and just not the same prices like they used to have. All the stores were welcoming and kind; the people who were working helped out and made sure everyone was taken care of as well. Not sure I will be going regularly, but it was fun to go back in time. read more

Columbiana Centre is a great mall! In a day and age in which malls are dying out, I'm so happy that Columbia still has this mall to serve us. In particular, I love the Total Spa, where you can get a great massage for a (relatively) cheap price. I LOVE Auntie Anne's pretzels, and it's great that this mall has two (2) of them that you can go to. I love that it has a Barnes & Noble, which are increasingly hard to come by, and two (2) great clothing stores, Belk's and Dillard's. Even though I don't personally go to some of the shops that they have, like Spencer's or Victoria's Secret, it's a great option for those that do patronize those stores. They also have, in my opinion, the best food court in Columbia, which has almost any food item you can think of. Now, some of the vendors are kind of annoying, but that's just part of the deal when you go to a shopping mall. All-in-all, Columbiana Centre is great and I'm glad that it's still kicking! read more

Colombiana Center - 4 stars I always enjoy my visits to Colombiana Center. It's one of the cleaner malls I've been to in the Columbia area--floors are spotless, restrooms are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels bright and welcoming. The store mix is excellent: you can find affordable options like H&M, Old Navy, and Forever 21, but also mid-range and higher-end stores like Macy's, Dillard's, and a nicely stocked Apple Store. It's easy to shop across different budgets without having to drive all over town. The food court has solid variety--everything from standard favorites (Chick-fil-A, Sbarro) to some better Asian and Mediterranean choices. Nothing groundbreaking, but everything I've tried has been fresh and quick. The vintage carousel in the center court is a charming touch, especially if you have kids (or just enjoy a little nostalgia). It's beautifully maintained and adds a lot of character. Plenty of parking, decent seating areas, and the mall rarely feels overcrowded. A reliable, pleasant spot for shopping or a quick bite. Definitely my go-to mall in Columbia! read more

Going to three Columbiana mall right at the end of a workday is definitely a bit of a traffic challenge. Parking can also get very difficult. So would definitely recommend avoiding peak hours. There is a decent selection of shops inside ranging from low to high end. Miniso is a fun store to visit as it is unique for the area. Also it has one of the larger Build-A-Bear stores if you have kids. The traffic is just so hard to navigate, thus the lower rating. read more

Right off I 26 Harbison exit. This mall has most everything you need, it's not the biggest but its best in the area. I pictured all the stores that garner our interests, the food court is large w carousel for children. There is not an attached theatre here. For those that choose to pay mall prices you'll want to come here. During Christmas time the traffic in front of mall is not fun. read more

The mall is a decent mall for not being a large metro area. Decent shopping selection, food court with carousel for the kids. There is also a 'new' Dave and Busters addition which is a nice feature. (D&B was entertaining field trips while I was there so be aware of special events.) Easy access on and off the interstate. read more

I've been here a few times but this time I came out with my mom and my brother who were here visiting for a while. I love this mall as it has so much stuff in it. The stores that are in here, some are not on my side of town. I personally don't really go to this mall because of the traffic that is always on this side of town and by the mall. We visited Dillard's, Belk, and a few other stores and made some purchases. We also went to Aunt Annies for some pretzels but didn't try the food court. We will attend here a little more often when we are close to this side of town. read more

Remember when you were younger and Saturday at the mall was a routine part of your schedule? Stopped at the Columbiana Mall and the atmosphere is totally different from the Augusta Mall, you actually have to speak up to be heard which is not the norm from my AM experience. Music was playing, stores were busy and clerks even asked if you were military to give you a discount. The food court was packed with mounted televisions for the guys to watch college football if they were dragged to the mall for quality time The few stores that I went in to the prices were reasonable and had some variety to choose from in merchandise. Although I'm not much of a shopper, I believe in the "get in get out" philosophy it is a good place to venture to especially if you just want kill sometime during a day trip to Columbia. read more

Nice and clean location, with a variety of stores open for business. Helpful associates in all of the stores that I visited.

Why can't Charleston have malls similar to Columbia Centre? This isn't the best mall, but it's by far better than what we have in Charleston. This mall offers the typical anchor stores like Dillard's, and Belk. There's also Bath & Body Works, Sephora, Victoria's Secret, Forever 21, Coach, and Finish Line. The Dave and Busters is fairly new. The food court is a decent size and has a good variety of restaurants. This area is usually busy so it can be a slow process getting out of the parking lot and back onto Harbison. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the surrounding area. read more

Very cute food court and a seemingly large selection of shops (I did not venture out of the food court).

Aside from Belk, this mall is awful. There are cheap kiosks everywhere, very few good quality stores to shop at, and the food court is typically very dirty. The choices are abysmal. The best thing there is Chick-fil-A... even though there's an actual standalone branch less than a mile away. During the holiday season, the traffic is horrendous. You're better off driving to South Park or Greenville, if you don't enjoy online shopping. I'd rather wait a few days to get what I want or pay for expedited shipping. read more

Yes, well i'm not really a mall shopper but they have a J.C. Penny here and they always have some kind of a sale going on there. Had the gkids with me this day so it seemed like a long day to be only 3 hours. We explored a few stores and then they had lunch in the food court which has a few rides for the kids. The food court is your typical mall items, but it worked for me to get them lunch although a few less pricy places were down the road. I come here mostly for Penny's and Dave n Buster and now Red Robin has opened up yes, they will see me soon read more

Went to this mall on a Sunday. They don't open till noon so I spent time walking around the mall. It's not very big. I got it, for a mall in South Carolina it's great. No where near what I'm used to. I will say before it opened, there were a lot of people taking advantage of the lack of crowds and getting some steps in. read more

Easy to get too. I got caught some good sales at JCPenny and Aeropostale. Kids play area is unusually warm compared to rest of the mall. It has lots places to eat. If you can't win inside the mall there's more to choose outside neighboring the area. read more

Great little mall! Every time I visit my daughter we come here just to walk and browse, I love that everyone is super friendly and doesn't try to rush you or sell you any and everything!!! Everything is clean and neat and the mall is easy to maneuver around. I don't suggest the Starbucks tho, it was understaffed and I waited 20 min for our 4 drinks. The staff was very friendly but i got the drinks when it was time to go and I wasn't happy waiting for so long. We have also eaten at the Red Robin and the food and service was also good. There is a threading spot next to Red Robin and they do a great job too, very clean and professional:0) read more

This was my first time coming to this mall and I loved it. They have big name department stores such as: Belk, JC Penney and Dillard's. Plus, they have stores for each age group of the family. This mall is for the whole family and for every person no matter their physique. The food court is a nice size with multiple places to select from. They also have a Dave & Buster's for some family fun after a little shopping. I would definitely say to come to this mall. read more

This mall is extremely ghetto. I walked in and came right out. For a small mall, it's extremely crowded.

I have no idea why this mall is rated poorly. I'm in town visiting from Charleston. I saw the reviews and almost didn't go but my daughter and I figured it couldn't be as bad as the shopping in Charleston. We are so glad we didn't listen to the reviews! The mall was clean and lots of stores that we don't have in Charleston. It was nice to see a mall full of people. People say "malls are dead". I don't like online shopping for clothes. I will definitely drive here again just to have some shopping choices. read more

Not sure why this mall have bad ratings so I'm leaving one to up the overall rating. Amazing mall, has a carrousel and the Easter bunny is even in town. It's a little crowded, but it's the only good mall around here so I see why. Has every store I could ever want, and the lords chicken (chickfila) is here too. Very clean, bathrooms are nice, and has a great atmosphere. Glad I gave it a try. read more

Decent mall for the area, several restaurants to chose from. I was unable to find anything, sort of wished there were more stores but the upside is that it's not to far from North Carolina. The green hornet The most expensive soda in columbia

Visiting from DC. Decided to do some shopping. Amazing prices. The floor support was so friendly. Gave me a shopping bag. Was concerned about my shopping experience. Asked me a few times did I need help. Check out was quick. One sales staff standing around gossiping about his issues. Was a bit loud. Seems the manager was standing there listening instead of taking it to the bsck. All in all it was an okay experience. read more

I used to enjoy this mall and area but I must say things have changed here significantly. It is not the cleanest, the store selection is somewhat limited, and the environment doesn't appear as safe as it once was. I was out here on Black Friday to shop and there were some things happening that didn't make me feel very safe. Crime has significantly increased here and in the general area as well. There were a number of police officers and security members but needless to say, I got what I needed and left as soon as possible. read more

This mall was ok as far as malls in SC go. They had all the normal mall stores and a pretty good sized food court. We spent the afternoon there and found a few good deals, parking was good and there were a bunch of stores surrounding this area that were worth going too also. I'll go back to kill some time. read more

Pretty cool mall. Very pleasing to the eye. A lot of great stores to chose from. Nice layout.

Probably the best mall in the area (except for Sandhills), but that's not saying much since the other malls are pretty awful. Super crowded on weekends, but their selection of stores is slowly starting to improve so there are some bigger brands there now. They have bubble tea at Wasabi, so that's a plus! I usually just go here for the free Victoria's Secret underwear each month, but not much else. read more
