The mall has a lot of great stores with tons of selections, especially for shopping online and having the option of pickup in the store. They also have many restaurants where you grab and go to continue your shopping! It was crowded, which is fine because it was a Saturday. Definitely a place to shop for the latest fashions:) Overall I am glad I went. I found some great deals! I am sure I will be headed back in a week or two:) Great stores, pleasant customer service and even a good bit of law enforcement to keep you safe while you're out shopping. So far, I have had a great shopping experience.

It's one of the cleaner malls I've been to in the Columbia area--floors are spotless, restrooms are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels bright and welcoming. The store mix is excellent: you can find affordable options like H&M, Old Navy, and Forever 21, but also mid-range and higher-end stores like Macy's, Dillard's, and a nicely stocked Apple Store. It's easy to shop across different budgets without having to drive all over town. The food court has solid variety--everything from standard favorites (Chick-fil-A, Sbarro) to some better Asian and Mediterranean choices. Nothing groundbreaking, but everything I've tried has been fresh and quick. The vintage carousel in the center court is a charming touch, especially if you have kids (or just enjoy a little nostalgia). It's beautifully maintained and adds a lot of character. Plenty of parking, decent seating areas, and the mall rarely feels overcrowded. A reliable, pleasant spot for shopping or a quick bite. Definitely my go-to mall in Columbia!

The prices are on the higher end but they carry quality brands. They have a good selection of fashion jewelry with many of the items being on sale. Since one has an upcoming bday and she saw a character she likes, I told her to pick out some items. This gray Kuromi neck pillow was in two distinctly different locations... several at the front of the store on a table marked $12.99 and even more at the back of the store in a tubular display stand also marked $12.99. In both displayed locations there were multiple of the same exact neck pillows displayed for that price of $12.99. When I go to check out the price scanned is different and higher than what was displayed in both sections of the store. The lady at the register with a very nice/nasty attitude wouldn't honor the price that they had displayed in more than one location. I didn't get her name but she was an older woman. I was already on line she had me wait while she checked out another customer to then leave the register and retrieve a totally different item that was not displayed in either location to scan and show me that it scanned for the $12.99. However, like I stated that was not the item displayed nor was it the item my niece picked out. I asked to purchase the Gray Kuromi neck pillow for the price that was clearly advertise in both location in the store and she said that it was associate error. My reply was if it was just one pillow in one location maybe but the same price in two different locations of the store with multiple of the same pillow? As a customer the price should be honored, she refused and begin to get indignant with me. So I left the item there. This was a learning lesson for my 12yr old niece and we will not be back. If you are not treated fairly they don't deserve your dollars. I will be ordering her neck pillow online from another retailer. Just A Note: I will never beg to spend my $$ with a company and first impressions hold a lot of weight.
