My wife and I have been here a few times and she loves the place, staff are friendly and it has pretty much everything she needs!

I was thrilled to get a chance to check out a Nordstrom Rack. I've never been, but I had heard great things. The store reminded me of an upscale TJ Max/Marshalls. The prices were on the higher end and well above what I typically pay for retail items. But overall, it was an enjoyable shopping experience. All the store displays were neat and visually appealing. The products they sold were trendy and high quality--tons of designer brands. The employees were friendly and helped when needed. The only complaint was the price point, but other than that, and it was a nice store to shop at. read more

Nordstrom Rack offers name brand clothes, shoes, jewelry, accessories, and beauty items at discounted prices. They also sell household goods like blankets, towels, and pillows. The store is super organized. It's easy to maneuver from one department to the next. The racks in each section are always well labeled. I love the travel sizes beauty items--a great way to try something out before committing to a larger size. They have tons of impulse buys by the register for people like me who can't resist picking up random things. I think I like this location a little more than the Mount Pleasant location. read more

My daughter purchased three shirts and a pair of shorts for my husband for fathers day on Saturday June 18th. All the items were too small so we went to return them today 3 days after the purchase. We only wanted to change the sizes not return the items. The sales clerk and the manager refused to honor the sale price of the shorts and charged us the differences between the sale price and the regular price. What happened to customer service? I have NEVER had this happen in any store including department stores like Macy's, Belks, etc. Any store whether a corporate big box or small business would always honor the exchange as an even exchange. Shame on Nordstrom Rack as well as the sales clerk and manager on staff June 21, 2022. We were there about 1:30 pm. read more

What a terrible layout! Somebody decided that they'd put all sizes together and sort by items. Like here are all the long sleeved tops. Here are all the pajama bottoms. Here are all the right foot shoes... I think I would have rather they got rid of plus sizes altogether. It pretty much looks like they have based on the selection. I'm a shopper. I'm not a kindergartener looking for a preschool activity in sorting. I got to my section, pick up 7 things I don't need, pay and go. That's effective shopping. Did they think they could trick me into walking the whole store? Or was the plan for me to know I only need pajama bottoms, get them and go? I don't understand! I like the housewares department expansion, but ultimately I gave up and walked out. Not my Rack anymore. read more

Nice selection of quality clothing at an affordable price is what you will find at the Rack. They have men's women's, and kid's clothing and shoes, as well as accessories and homegoods. The store is clean and extremely well organized, with signage on top of all of the clothing racks, indicating what you can find on that particular rack. The dressing rooms are clean, well-lit, and provide enough room to actually try on clothes and see how things look. The staff is friendly, and the prices are affordable. This was, quite possibly, one of the best Rack stores I have been in. read more

I had a very nice visit. The store cleanliness was top of the line! I was able to get what I needed easily. It was no issue finding an employee to assist with the items I needed. They must have experienced a high rate of products being taken as everything has to be held at the register. It's still remains one of my fav stores! read more

Beware. Items offered online are not in stock and must be shipped by the manufacturer. Constant delays and no ability to cancel order. Customer service reps have a new cancellation " policy "each time you inquire about order status. I am still waiting on item and no ability to cancel order. Do not order online from this company. read more

The store was nice and organized but felt it was lacking in assortment and selections. The customer service provided was good....no issues. Wish they would bring in more inventory. It was my first time in the store so I'm not used if they usually have more stock. I plan to go back again to check for new items. read more

Not a customer friendly atmosphere. I've visited this location several times and they never have any trendy children's shoes. The women shoe section is a very large selection. The jewelry and purse section are up to date. If you can't find what you're looking for here there's a Ross and Marshall's down the walkway. read more

Easy returns and great rewards! I miss Nordstrom so much, it pains me but having a Nordstrom Rack only 1.5 hours away makes it more tolerable. I shop online, try the clothes on and come back to the shop at my own leisure. read more

No matter where I go, I always have visit my local rack store. This one is a great place to bargain shop without lowering your standards. 100% Recommend!!! read more

one of the worse retail places ive been to in awhile. not because of the clothes but because of the customer service. as soon as i walked in, three employees were staring me down throughout the store. one of the employees walked passed me a couple of times without taking her eyes off of me. she didnt smile or welcome me. just a blank face. another employee stayed very close to me as well. i ended up leaving feeling really uncomfortable and honestly insulted. the worst part is my mom and i used to go there all the time and it was our favorite store to go to. now im never coming back. read more

Worst experience. The store was a wreck. The only reason they got 2 stars was because the woman in the dressing room was very nice and helpful. The people at checkout (3 of them) were more concerned with their conversation than helping any customers. I had to ask one of them if they were helping someone already as no one called for the next in line. The reply was just "no" and she continued her conversation. I stepped up and she rang up my things with no words. The transaction had to be redone because she never prompted me to get my rewards. I said "thank you" as I left and she said "sure" and continued her mindless conversation. So rude. Won't be back. read more
